“Pongo una estrella por no poder poner menos. Tenía una reserva de tres noches y cuando llegamos al hotel a las 23.45 de la noche, estaba cerrado. CERRADO POR REFORMAS, y nadie notificó nada de esto ni a nosotros ni a nuestra agencia ni a la central de reservas. Nos ubicaron en otro hotel de su cadena (que nosotros no confirmamos) el HotelTorino, y todo fue de mal a peor. Tenía dos habitaciones, una de ella para mis hijos, y en un principio, nos pusieron en dos pisos diferentes, aunque estaban avisados. A la una de la mañana, al ducharnos, no habia agua caliente, la nevera se salía y no había enchufes para los cargadores. Nos cambiaron a otra habitacion. Después de ducharnos nos dimos cuenta que la habitación nos la dieron sin limpiar, con incluso crema de dientes en el lavabo. Como nos tuvieron que ubicar en esa habitación deprisa por lo del agua, lo "disculpamos" y avisamos al dia siguiente de lo ocurrido y que hicieran bien la limpieza. Que no la hicieron hasta el segundo día. El segundo día no había agua caliente en la habitación de mis hijos, cuando bajamos a recepción había otra señora quejándose de lo mismo. A la hora de marcharnos nos cobraron las tasas (normal) pero nos cobraron el doble de lo legal. Pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones y nos dieron un folio en blanco. Una odisea para olvidar. MI CONSEJO, NO CONTRATEIS CON LA CADELA LEONARDI”

“The hotel is about 5 min walk from the Rome train station and 3 min walk from the other metro station. Walkable distances to the colosseum and Roman forum. There are also many interesting restaurants nearby.
When I arrived, I noticed the lobby was decent and clean, so I thought this will be a legit 4 star hotel. But as soon as I walked up the stairs to my room, I could feel this hotel needs some serious renovation immediately. Wall paper falling off, holes on the wall, Ac cover falling apart, and shower drain was clocked. The room was the smallest of all 7 hotel I stayed in Italy. But after all the room was on the clean side.
The other thing I liked about it is the breakfast was served on the roof top. You get a pretty good view of he city and the church next to it.”
