“I just recently had a 3 day 2 night stay at this hotel, staff is extremely friendly, after goofing up the check in and check out times the staff was more than accommodating in trying to get me in early however due to being fully booked it wasn’t possible which was my own fault, the room was clean and well kept, bed was a little too firm for my back but I made it work. Unfortunately there were no vending machines in the building even though there was ample signs indicating differently, fortunately the staff had plenty of complimentary drinks available upon request at the front desk. Breakfast was also complimentary and served promptly from 6 to 10am, and was satisfactory. The cost for my stay was around $232 however I probably could have saved money had I booked directly with the hotel and instead of the hopper app but the cost was fine. The downside was that the pool was not available for use despite being indoors. Parking was fair. Entering and exiting the property was often at times difficult due to local area traffic. Overall 4 stars.”

A localização do hotel é boa, a equipe da recepção cumprimenta bem, mas as instalações gerais do hotel não são tão boas pelo preço que cobram. Você precisa solicitar seus benefícios de membro gratuitos, não fornecidos antecipadamente. Estendi minha estadia, o gerente mencionou que ele está oferecendo a melhor tarifa e até com desconto, mas depois, quando resolvido e verificado no aplicativo, foi ainda menos, tive que descer e cancelar e reservar on-line, o que também era caro da minha tarifa inicial. O exaustor do banheiro não funcionou e o estacionamento não está disponível se você voltar tarde.

Hotel location is good staff at front desk greets well but overall hotel facilities are not so great for the price they charge. You need to ask for your complimentary member benefits, not provided upfront.
Extended my stay the Manager mentioned he is offering best rate and even discounted but later when settled and checked in the App it was even less, had to go down and cancel and book online, which was expensive as well from my initial rate. The bathroom exhaust did not work and parking space is not available if you come back late.

Estadia terrível Eu sou um membro Hilton Honors. Check-in na sexta-feira e foi 1 Elevador estava quebrado tive que esperar 20 minutos para o outro elevador. Foi dito por outros hóspedes que está quebrado desde quarta-feira. Sábado saiu às 8h30 e só voltou às 21h. Domingo de manhã desceu para lavar roupas e toalhas extras. O hotel estava sem lavar roupas e toalhas limpas. Foi-me dito que eu teria que esperar duas horas para manter a casa para limpá-los. Como um hotel fica sem toalhas e outras coisas. Nunca aconteceu isso comigo quando fiquei no Hilton em Nova York. O café da manhã foi uma lavagem bem 🤔

Eu sinto que eles deveriam ter me oferecido um pouco do meu dinheiro de volta, pois basicamente era um quarto básico e não um quarto de hidromassagem porque a banheira de hidromassagem estava suja. Eu entrego a ele a identidade e o cartão, ele me diz que não podem aceitar o tipo de cartão que estou usando, que é um cartão bancário visa. Digo a ele que já fiquei aqui várias vezes com esse cartão. Ele me diz que é uma nova política, desde 1º de abril. Fiquei aqui três vezes desde 1º de abril com esse cartão. Eu pergunto se ele realmente vai dirigir até um Bank of America para depositar dinheiro e voltar (são 10 horas da noite). Ele insiste que não pode pegar o cartão. Eu explico, é um cartão Visa, eu já fiquei aqui antes, você pode fazer uma exceção. Está tarde. Ele diz que não. Pergunto se mais alguém está trabalhando. ELE É O GERENTE GERAL. Ele claramente não é capaz de pensar de forma independente e não valoriza a repetição de negócios. Lamento ter ficado aqui antes e nunca mais. Eu tive que cancelar a reserva e dirigir para outro hotel. O gerente não tem nenhum negócio em administrar um hotel. Políticas são uma coisa, mas escolher quando segui-las e não dar um passo atrás e olhar para a situação é uma piada.

Dirty whirlpool tub and dirty shower. 13-Mar-2022 update: Unfortunately I would never stay here again. I feel like they should have offered me some of my money back since basically it was a basic room and not a Whirlpool room because of Whirlpool was dirty. Instead they just gave me an apology and said give us another try. I wasn't offered the escalation link like everyone else even though I'm a Diamond Hilton Honors.

I’ll start by saying I’m a Hilton Honors Diamond Member for five years now. In 2022 alone so far, I’ve staying 90 nights at Hilton properties. I’ve never received the horrible, thoughtless customer service I received here at any other Hilton property.
I book on the Hilton app and use that to check in. For some reason the app wouldn’t work so I had to go to the front desk to check in. He asked for my ID and card (you don’t usually need to do this as diamond) I asked to charge the card that was on file. He said I had to swipe it. I hand him the ID and card, he tells me they can’t accept the type of card I’m using, which is a visa bank card. I tell him I’ve stayed here several times with that card. He tells me it’s a new policy, since April 1st. I’ve stayed here three times since April 1st with that card. I ask him if he’s really going to make drive to a Bank of America to deposit money and come back(it’s 10 o’clock at night). He insists he can’t take the card. I explain, it’s a Visa card, I’ve stayed here before, can you please make an exception. It’s late. He says no. I ask if anyone else is working. HE’S THE GENERAL MANAGER. He’s clearly not capable of independent thought and doesn’t value repeat business. I regret staying here before and never will again. I had to cancel the reservation and drive to another hotel. The manager has no business running a hotel. Policies are one thing but choosing when to follow them and not stepping back and looking at situation is a joke.

Mi familia y yo no nosvolvemos a quedar en un Hotel como este . Cuando llego al hotel me dicen que me habian camviado la habitación. Y nos dieron una habitación bien pequeña, nos costo entrar porque la llave no habria, al siguiente dia fui a la mesa del frente porque las dos llaves ya no habrian la puerta, no tienen teléfono para cualquier cosa que necesites, no tienen plancha y la necesitaba.Derrepente salio una abispa gigante y negra volando y encontre otra muerta . Nos saco tremendo susto. Losbasureros del baño y del cuarto, orribles de viejos y oxidados . La cosa que va metida en la pared donde se coloca el papel del baño , también arrancado de la pared. Horriblemente la experiencia.

Excellent room cleanliness & amenities, friendly staff, wonderful hot breakfast for the price! Easy 25-30 minute drive to the National Mall (with minimal traffic). Will definitely be staying here the next time we visit the Capitol! No real need to spend 2-3x as much, just to get a hotel closer to the action.

Recentemente, tive uma estadia de 3 dias e 2 noites neste hotel, a equipe é extremamente amigável, depois de fazer o check-in e o check-out, a equipe foi mais do que flexível ao tentar me chegar mais cedo, no entanto, devido a estar totalmente reservado, foi Não é possível que foi minha própria culpa, o quarto estava limpo e bem conservado, a cama era um pouco firme demais para as minhas costas, mas eu fiz funcionar. Infelizmente, não havia máquinas de venda automática no prédio, embora houvesse amplas placas indicando de maneira diferente, felizmente a equipe tinha muitas bebidas de cortesia disponíveis mediante solicitação na recepção. Café-da-manhã também foi cortesia e servido prontamente das 6 às 10h, e foi satisfatório. O custo da minha estadia foi de cerca de US $ 232, no entanto, eu provavelmente poderia ter economizado dinheiro se tivesse reservado diretamente com o hotel e, em vez do aplicativo hopper, mas o custo foi bom. A desvantagem foi que a piscina não estava disponível para uso apesar de estar dentro de casa. O estacionamento era justo. Eu classificaria 2,5 estrelas se isso fosse uma opção, mas arredondado. Quarto é espaçoso e parece bom e à primeira vista parecia limpo (leia para saber mais). A pessoa que me fez check-in foi útil, e cada pessoa da recepção que encontrei me cumprimentou quando cheguei ao lobby. Há um café-da-manhã incluso com ovos mexidos, waffles belgas, tater tots, iogurte, café decente, cereais e sucos. Logo, descobri as partes da minha estadia que derrubaram minha avaliação: primeiro, encontrei alguns itens de hóspedes anteriores debaixo das camas. Outros comentaram que o vaso sanitário é baixo, e é; como ir à escola primária do seu filho... Espero que seus joelhos estejam fortes. Meu cofre do quarto não funcionou, e há mofo rosa no banheiro. A esquina em que fica o hotel é barulhenta --- tráfego constante e buzinas e sirenes ocasionais (meu quarto fica de frente para a esquina com a mercearia. " canal sem capacidade de mudar. A academia está lá e inclui uma esteira que funciona (mas os ajustes estão desligados), um elíptico e uma bicicleta, além de algumas bolas medicinais, mas é absolutamente básico. Há uma água mais frio lá, mas a água estava vazia quando eu estava lá.

I'd rate 2.5 stars if that was an option but rounded up. Room is spacious and seems nice and at first glance seemed clean (read on for more). The person who checked me in was helpful, and every front desk person I encountered greeted me when I came to the lobby. There is an included breakfast with scrambled eggs, Belgian waffles, tater tots, yogurt, decent coffee, cereal, and juices. Soon, I discovered the parts of my stay that brought my review down: First, I found a few items from previous guests under the beds. Others have commented that the toilet is low, and it is; like going at your kid's elementary school... I hope your knees are strong. My room safe didn't work, and there is pink mildew in the bathroom. The corner the hotel is on is noisy---constant traffic and occasional horns and sirens (my room faces the corner with the grocery store. I visited the gym, which was so cold, the tv was LOUD and set to a political "news" channel with no ability to change. The gym is there, and includes a treadmill that runs (but adjustments are off), an elliptical, and a bike as well as a few medicine balls, but it is absolutely bare bones. There's a water cooler there, but the water was empty when I was there.

En recepción hubo una buena atención,los ascensores y pasillos olían asqueroso, y se supone que era de no fumadores..pedimos unas almohadas extras, dijeron que las subirian en 15 minutos y jamas llegaron. Al parecer el recepcionista era el unico trabajando allí,el hacía todo. En fin... es un buen lugar si solo vas a pasar la noche y no te interesa nada.
