This hotel is situated directly opposite the entrance of Universal Orlando. An abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues are a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is well situated for the public transport network (150 m away). The city of Kissimmee lies about 20 km from the hotel. “NOT FREE PARKING. Expect to spend an additional $23 plus tax a night. I’ve stayed at a few double trees before. They are usually hit or miss.. this one is nice, with a Starbucks and clean, modern lobby, nice bar. Our room was nice.. a bit humid. The bathroom was outdated but great water pressure. We only utilized the Starbucks and ice cream shop which was more than over priced.House keeping was great. Every other staff member was friendly. The parking fees made this stay over priced.”

“More tree than it was Hilton but it was still very enjoyable. A beautifully designed hotel to say the very least. I would of liked the rugs to be more pristine and my shower working properly but again everything else was on point. Customer service, check in, guest services-relations & room service was just great. Conveniently located and well priced for what it offers.”
