Hotel recente, aberto há 5 anos, e com uma excelente localização: estação de metro a 5 minutos (servida por várias linhas). Em 30 minutos a pé, você pode chegar a Brick Lane, the City, Tower Bridge. Dentro do hotel há um bar e um restaurante. Quartos arrumados e muito limpos, troca diária de toalhas. Presença de diferentes áreas à disposição dos hóspedes: sala de jogos, biblioteca, engomadoria e pequeno ginásio - todos com máquina de bebidas quentes gratuita. Altamente recomendado, será meu novo ponto de referência para uma estadia em Londres.

Good hotel, nice design. Small but well designed rooms. Good beds. Opening windows, and with closed windows very sound proof for noise from streets. Walking distance from underground and overground station white chapel. Also just about 15 minutes walk to tower bridge or London bridge. Bom hotel, design agradável. Quartos pequenos mas bem desenhados. Boas camas. Janelas abertas e com janelas fechadas muito à prova de som para o ruído das ruas. A uma curta distância da capela branca da estação de metro e overground. Também apenas cerca de 15 minutos a pé da ponte da torre ou da ponte de Londres.

La estética general del hotel es excelente. La habitación es muy chica pero cumple con lo que sabía que iba a recibir. Muy floja la atención del personal de front desk, en uno de los turnos. En el otro, fue excelente. Disponde de lugar para dejar el equipaje y está cerca de la estación de metro Whitechapel, que conecta con el centro en 10 min

I've stayed at new road quite a few times and I always enjoy my stay. The staff are friendly and I love the gamesroom. It can get noisy at times due to the area but I always ask for a quieter room towards the back of the hotel. Restaurant food is hit and miss but the servers are great. Would stay again and recommend too!

Unfortunately the hotel looks better than it is. I really like the design and the look but it is the little details that were missing. Our room was fine but the bathroom was a bit misconstructed. As there is no shower curtain, everything (towels, toilet paper and most of the floor) got really wet. The staff was nice but not very attentive in my opinion. When we tried to have a coffee or drink at the hotel bar (when it was not busy at all), we were not asked what we wanted to drink and had to actively search for a member of staff to make it happen. Also observed this with other guests. I think the hotel is located in a nice area and is in close proximity to good restaurants.

This is a cool beautique hotel that was formerly a factory situated literally a stones throw away from the royal London hospital, and of course in usual fashion we got one of the the best things in place with a hot hub. I personally like the room and the products that you can use.Now the food is absolutely superb when you go downstairs to the main restaurant and where the breakfast is made because the chef's name behind the restaurant is Marco Pierre White. Food is absolutely excellent cooked to perfection I will happily come back. Este é um hotel de beleza legal que antigamente era uma fábrica situada literalmente a poucos passos do hospital real de Londres e, é claro, da maneira usual, conseguimos uma das melhores coisas com um hub quente. Eu pessoalmente gosto do quarto e dos produtos que você pode usar.Agora a comida é absolutamente soberba quando você desce para o restaurante principal e onde o café da manhã é feito porque o nome do chef por trás do restaurante é Marco Pierre White. A comida é absolutamente excelente preparados com perfeição terei o prazer de voltar.

El encanto del hotel lo tiene por su edificio, su decoración y su cocina. Pero sobre todo por las personas que trabajan en el. Quiero hacer mención especial a la persona de recepción, Miriam, que ha sabido con maestría dar la vuelta a una situación que ella no había provocado y que en principio nos había desilusionado bastante, y conseguir hacerlos sentir bien tratados, y mirardesde otro punto de vista al hotel. Nos ayudó a elegir menú, ya que no sabemos la lengua inglesa, y siempre nos atiende con una estupenda sonrisa. Gracias Miriam.Deseo que tus jefes te valoren como mereces.

The bed was comfortable, the room small but cozy and well designed. The whole hotel it'sa nice retrofit of an industrial building, the, staff was really nice and welcoming.the only problem is that you couldn't open the room windowsfacing the backyard because of the terrible smell of fried food coming from the surrounding restaurant!! A cama era confortável, o quarto pequeno, mas aconchegante e bem projetado. Todo o hotel é um retrofit agradável de um edifício industrial, a equipe foi muito simpática e acolhedora.o único problema é que você não podia abrir as janelas do quarto de frente para o quintal por causa do cheiro terrível de frituras vindo do restaurante ao redor!!

The bed was comfortable, the room small but cozy and well designed. I stayed for 5 nights at the hotel. The staff at the reception was friendly and helped me checkin quickly. They had the air-conditioner broken but I had a decent time with the windows open at night. The room has a very quirky look and there is not a lot of space. The bed was super nice and very comfortable.The bathroom did not have the showering area separate so you would actually make the entire bathroom wet. Additionally the coffee at every floor was an instant coffee which is not nice at all. At a 4* facility I would have expected a better coffee at the room. Fiquei 5 noites no hotel. A equipe da recepção foi amigável e me ajudou a fazer o check-in rapidamente. Eles tinham o ar condicionado quebrado, mas eu tive um tempo decente com as janelas abertas à noite. O quarto tem uma aparência muito peculiar e não há muito espaço. A cama era super agradável e muito confortável.O banheiro não tinha a área de banho separada para que você realmente molhasse todo o banheiro. Além disso, o café em cada andar era um café instantâneo que não é nada bom. Em uma instalação de 4 * eu teria esperado um café melhor no quarto.

Estive neste hotel em 2018 e 2019. Até então não tinha nada a dizer. Voltei em junho de 2022, mas fiquei muito decepcionado.Os preços subiram e a qualidade caiu.Nosso quarto ficava no primeiro andar do lado da estrada, desfile de carros, buzinas, pessoas gritando que era horrível dormir, fomos informados de que não havia outro quarto disponível, então sofremos 3 noites. As janelas são de vidro simples.O chuveiro é walk-in. A saída de água estava entupida e a água transbordou tínhamos mais de 1cm de água no chão do banheiro cada vez que lavávamos.Pessoal realmente hostil! Além de um senhor que era muito bom, ele nos deu instruções para pegar o metrô e foi atencioso, mas os outros pareciam que os estávamos irritando.Eu nunca vou voltar e eu nunca vou recomendar este hotel.

Really solid hotel experience. The location is great, set in a really interesting neighborhood close to downtown London. The rooms are really interesting with great general aesthetics. Most of the workers were really nice and helpful.The only general problem was the lack of a functioning air condition in the rooms when I was staying here. This got pretty brutal during the hot days, but was easily remedied with an open window during colder days. It didn't ruin my stay, but was annoying. Experiência hoteleira realmente sólida. A localização é excelente, situada em um bairro muito interessante perto do centro de Londres. Os quartos são realmente interessantes com ótima estética geral. A maioria dos trabalhadores foram muito simpáticos e prestativos.O único problema geral foi a falta de um ar condicionado funcionando nos quartos quando eu estava hospedado aqui. Isso ficou bastante brutal durante os dias quentes, mas foi facilmente remediado com uma janela aberta durante os dias mais frios. Não atrapalhou minha estadia, mas incomodou.

Nice hotel. Room was compact but had all you needed.Not a fan of their weird bed with 3 headboards. Seems like a way of excusing the fact the room is super narrow and the bed is the width of the room.Cool little games room on the first floor.Booking in staff were lovely and friendly but a woman on the desk was very rude to me when I tried to leave my key on the desk as I left. Bom hotel. Quarto era compacto, mas tinha tudo o que você precisava.Não é um fã de sua cama estranha com 3 cabeceiras. Parece uma forma de desculpar o fato de o quarto ser super estreito e a cama ser da largura do quarto.Pequena sala de jogos legal no primeiro andar.A reserva na equipe foi adorável e amigável, mas uma mulher na recepção foi muito rude comigo quando tentei deixar minha chave na mesa quando saí.

La habitación limpia y espaciosa contaba con la cama mas grande en la que he dormido nunca. Situado cerca de la estación de metro de whitechapell y de paradas de bus lo hace un sitio accesible. Nosotros conseguimos la habitación a buen precio lo que lo hace una opción aun mas atractiva. En mi opinión el baño podría ser un poco mejor ya que al ducharte el agua acaba mojando el resto del baño irremediablemente. También considero que falta algo de espacio para dejar cosas en una mesa, pero por la forma del dormitorio entiendo que no se pueda hacer otra cosa. Una de las cosas que mas me gusto es que la habitación contase con una persiana algo raro de ver en Londres. El desayuno que ofrece el hotel también estuvo bien ofreciendo entre 6 distintas combinaciones así como una zona de self service.

Un hotel precioso,su origen es una antigua fábrica textil totalmente modernizada y convertida en hotel, mantiene parte de sus paredes, ventanas, radiadores, pero solo como decoración. Al lado de la estación de metro de Whitechapel, de la línea verde obscuro de District, muy cerca de todo lo que hay que ver en Londres. Para volver del centro siempre utilizamos la línea 15 que nos traía directamente. El hotel está atendido por gente muy joven todos muy amables y profesionales. Estamos muy agradecidas a Eduard, recepcionista, que nos dio todo tipo de información para movernos por Londres, nos solucionó rápidamente un problema que tuvimos con la habitación y nos indicó la manera más rápida y económica de volver al aeropuerto, pues la línea de autobús national expres, nos lleva directamente en menos de una hora y pasa al lado del hotel, y cuesta solo 12 libras más 1 libra de gasto de gestión. El desayuno estaba incluido en la habitación y es espectacular, consiste en una selección dedulces, pan , mermeladas, zumos, frutas, leche y café y te, para servirse como autoservicio y además una parte a la carta con tres posibilidades y un menú vegetariano. Hay además servicio de cena y comida. El hotel tiene sauna, una zona de yoga, plancha, y una terraza al aire libre.

Limpieza,buena atención al público ( sobre todo de un muchacho italiano estupendo), desayunó variado, sin embargo el café no es muy bueno y la pastelería debería ser más tipo inglés para fomentar la comida inglesa El cartel del hotel debería ser más vistoso. Es algo difícil de ver. También deberían tener un servicio de recogida y envío de clientes al aeropuerto, aunque sea de pago. En resumen me ha gustado.

La habitación estaba genial, muy moderna y muy limpia cosa que es de agradecer, teníamos la habitación económica y era más que suficiente, espacio amplio, buena cama y muy buen baño. Además teníamos el desayuno, una parte te dan a elegir de la carta entre tres cosas diferentes y por otro lado hay un pequeño buffet donde tienen algún que otro dulce y las bebidas. Una experiencia muy buena y para repetir.
