If you're looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Auckland, look no further than M Social. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the friendly and professional staff who greeted us with a warm welcome note and delicious little patisseries. The views from the hotel are simply stunning, with Auckland Harbour, the Harbour Bridge, and the Sky Tower all visible from our room. Speaking of our room, the suite was perfect for our needs and had all the amenities we could have wanted. But the real star of the show was Harry, the cute room service robot who delighted us with his helpfulness and charm. It's little touches like this that set M Social apart from the competition. We also feel housekeeping staff need a thank you for being attentive and professional. Overall, we had an amazing stay at M Social Auckland and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable hotel experience. We're already planning our next visit!

Pleasantly surprised! Had always walked past but never stayed - finally with a chance to last weekend. Everything about this hotel was fabulous, check-in was easy and had very pleasant staff. The rooms are well appointed, even with little touches that make this a truly five star hotel. Breakfast downstairs was also lovely - including the staff again as went out of their way to be helpful. The location is fantastic in Auckland, and we will definitely stay here again.

I have so loved my holiday stay here. The staff are kind and the service is impeccable and the robot is super cute that delivers after-hours room service. The bar has amazing drinks and the food at Beast and Butterfly is scrumptious. It's perfectly situated for every trip across the harbor on the ferries or other excursions-just walk across the street and down the road a minute or two! I loved my room so much, I was so glad I was here for a long stay and got to enjoy it and the super comfy bed. I would stay here again in a millisecond and I likely will.

Best experiences in hotel ever. Greeting us so friendly, Good modern interior and easy access to park or go to down town. It’s was such a wonderful stay. The beds were so super comfortable. Rooms were super clean. definitely would recommend to others. we enjoyed our morning breakfast downstairs each the food was delcious. Our a year baby played in room really well. Highly recommend to couple with baby.

I really enjoyed my stay here; the location, facilities and service were all top notch! The rooms themselves are spacious and well appointed. There is plenty of space, amenities and all the service work really well. Shower was lovely. Rooms were made up each night as well. Located close to the main harbor M Social is close to restaurants and bars, night life was a quick walk away! Personally I enjoyed getting up in the morning and walking around checking out all the yachts! Included a couple of photos in my review. A strong recommend from me!

I did not stay here, however I am very impress by how friendly and accommodating staff Meljo was in helping me arrange a last minute birthday surprise for an air crew friend of mine quarantine there. Thank you very much Meljo! Your friendliness and efficiency in processing my request had made my friend's birthday great despite being in quarantine!:)

Eu tive uma ótima estadia de 2 noites aqui no M Social !! Não contei à tripulação que era meu aniversário na noite passada, mas eles me surpreenderam com algumas tortas e um cartão de aniversário da tripulação !! Que aparte o serviço é incrível e a comida é DELICIOSA principalmente o salmão com arroz cozido no vapor. Não quero ir embora e mal posso esperar para voltar ao M Social novamente! Obrigada Tip, Thea, Sue, Margy, April e o resto da equipe !! Muito amor! Existem pessoas legais neste mundo, elas estão no M Social Auckland!

¡Tuve una gran estadía de 2 noches aquí en M Social! No le dije a la tripulación que era mi cumpleaños la última noche, ¡pero me sorprendieron con unas tartas y una tarjeta de cumpleaños de la tripulación! Aparte de eso, el servicio es increíble y la comida DELICIOSA, especialmente el salmón con arroz al vapor. ¡No quiero irme y estoy deseando volver a M Social de nuevo! ¡Gracias a Tip, Thea, Sue, Margy, April y al resto del equipo! ¡Mucho amor! Hay gente agradable en este mundo, ¡están en M Social Auckland!

A very short one day stay was more than enough to discover how wonderful this establiment is. Despite a level 4 lockdown, despite the pandemic, despite the negativity of the times; this place and more importantly, it's people - are amazing.Very warm, friendly and genuinely caring staff, delicious food, clean rooms with a sleek modern feel and superb views out into the harbor.

I had a great 2 night stay here at M Social!! I did not tell the crew that it was my birthday on the last night but they surprised me with some tarts and a birthday card from the crew!! That aside the service is amazing and the food is DELICIOUS especially the Salmon with steamed rice. I don’t want to leave and I can’t wait to come back to M Social again! Thank you to Tip, Thea, Sue, Margy, April and the rest of the team!! Much love! There are nice people in this world, they’re at M Social Auckland!

Permaneceu como uma tripulação durante a curta espera de quarentena. Impressionado com a forma como os funcionários são profissionais e amigáveis. As refeições são entregues pontualmente e são muito boas.O quarto tem um design moderno e era limpo e bem conservado. Se você tem um quarto de frente para as docas, a vista é linda.

Permaneció como tripulación durante una breve escala en cuarentena. Impresionado con lo profesional y amigable que es el personal. Las comidas se entregan puntualmente y son bastante buenas.La habitación tiene un diseño moderno y estaba limpia y bien cuidada. Si tiene una habitación que da a los muelles, la vista es preciosa.

Stayed as an aircrew during short quarantine layover. Impressed with how professional yet friendly the staff are. The meals are delivered punctually and are pretty good. The room has a modern design and was clean and well-maintained. If you have a room facing the docks, the view is gorgeous.
