“Tivemos uma experiência muito ruim com este lugar. Quando chegamos, não havia ninguém para nos atender e recebemos os quartos que já tínhamos reservado. Depois de esperar muito tempo, eles nos deram um quarto que não tinha fechadura, o chão estava cheio de papéis e os lençóis e colchas estavam cheios de sujeira, manchas e cabelos. A cozinha estava toda suja, havia até baratas. Da higiene dos espaços comuns e do banheiro, melhor não mencionar. Quando pedimos o dinheiro que havíamos pago de volta, eles se recusaram a fazê-lo.”

“We had a very bad experience with this place. When we arrived there was no one to attend us and we were given the rooms that we had already reserved. After waiting a long time, they gave us a room that had no lock, the floor was full of papers and the sheets and bedspreads were full of dirt, stains and hair. The kitchen was all dirty, there were even roaches. Of the hygiene of the common spaces and the bathroom, better not to mention. When we asked for the money we had paid back to us, they refused to do so.”
