“I really don't understand why this place has high ratings and good reviews. The WiFi doesn't work. The common areas are scruffy dirty and cold. The "pillow" is a lumpy little square. The water is hot, however the showers and toilets are disgusting. Old run down horrible KIP.”

“If you're looking for the right place to stay in Cuzco, look no further. This place has it all. Breakfast in the morning, warm blankets, hot showers, great common room, pool table, music, laundry service, etc. Good people running it. It's super chill. Lockers for your bags. Only semi-cons: Gotta rent the towel, they have a hard time making change for large bills, and the wifi doesn't reach the rooms. But other than that, S/. 20 for a night? It's super solid. Perfect location too! When I come back to Cuzco, I'm staying here.”

O saguão cheira a esgoto, o quarto cheira a pó e o carpete do quarto é sujo. O estrado da cama tá quebrado. Os banheiros ficam longe dos quartos mas são limpos. E o café da manhã tem poucas opções.

Péssimo! Quartos úmidos, bastante empoeirados e sem janelas. Nosso quarto tinha carpete que estava com grandes manchas de mofo e úmido. Pouquissimas (1 ou 2) tomadas nos quartos com 8 e 12 camas e todas vom mal contato. Banheiros longe dos quartos e com ralos entupidos. Eles não repõe papel higiênico com a frenquencia necessária. Café da manhã bem fraquinho. Não tem elevador. E o mais cômico é que tem um boeiro no meio do living, deixando mal cheiro no hostel, que eles disfarçam colocando incenso em cima do boeiro.

Instalações precárias, cozinha sem condições de uso. Guardei insulinas na geladeira e elas sumiram. Não recomendo, pois minha experiência não foi boa.

O hostel fica muito bem localizado. Na praça São Francisco ao lado da igreja, com preço super em conta e café da manhã incluído. Recomendo se vocêquiser uma opção muito econômica de estadia em Cusco.

Passei 3 semanas no Hostel Pirwa Colonial e o que tenho a dizer é: sensacional. Melhores pontos: localização (pertinho de tudo e super tranquilo), limpeza (acomodações e banheiro sempre limpos), atendimento (todos que trabalham no Hostel são muito solícitos) e ótimo custo benefício! Café da manhã incluso, dá pra cozinhar também, tem bar, restaurante e os banhos são bem quentes! Sério, super completo e por tudo que oferece, o preço é espetacular.

Lindo hostel el staff super chevere Lua y cristian son super buena onda, la señora luz quien da el desayuno siempre muy amable,Solo como sugerencia podrían agregar frutas al desayuno🙂 El hostel tiene una linda vista a la plaza san francisco. Me voy feliz de mis mejores experiencias😃

Es un gran hostal con buen servicio, buena atención y con precios bastante buenos, queda cerca al plaza de armas, vista hermosa para a la plaza de San francisco y tiene todo realmente muy cercaMuy agradecida por su buena atención y lo cómodo que es. Es super acogedor y tiene muchas áreas para poder compartir.. recomendado al 100%

Ubicado cerca del centro histórico de Cusco, sé encuentra a la mano todo desde los planes turísticos hasta cosas básicas. No hay lio por temas de transporte. So. Amables y él desayuno muy normal.

Es un hostel muy bien ubicado cerca a la plaza de armas y a muchos sitios al cual poder hacer turismo, las camas son muy cómodas, el sitio es muy agradable tiene una zona de juegos muy bonita, los precios son cómodos, tiene su cocina muy limpia y con algunas cosas de comida gratis y además es el mejor hostel para conocer personas de todas las nacionalidades, adicional tiene un bar a disposición y la atención del personal que trabaja hay es excelente

Sin duda es un gran hostal con buen servicio, buena atención y con precios bastante buenos, queda cerca al centro histórico y tiene todo realmente muy cerca.

The water was freezing cold throughout the night, we talked several times to the staff and they said wait 10 min, In general the staff only act nice but doesn't actually do any effort to help. 2 stars only because the place look nice but nothing else

I really like the fact that when I visited, it was really empty and thus quiet. Also, the breakfast is better than in most hostels I have been to so far. In addition to that, they have a landry service for S./4 per kilo. That's on the cheap side of what I've seen in Cusco. Also, their prices are pretty low. However, it is really cold at night, and not all of the beds have an extra blanket (so make sure to look for one), the bathrooms upstairs do not have soap to wash your hand with, and our room had an unidentified filthy odour, which we could not track to its source. I am glad that I only stayed one night here.

Good location, cute place with potential. VERY cold in the entire building and the staff could be a little nicer. But beds are comfortable, there are plugs and lights right next to every bed.

Stayed here about 5 years ago. Perfect location. Its the heart of everything.Question...have anyone experience a ghost here? My group and I heard footsteps inside our room. Scary!

Wouldn't really want to stay here again. Luckily only stayed one night. If you are given the room by the front courtyard area then you are in trouble. It's practically outside, cold and right by the area where they will be playing nightclub music all night! Plug sockets are a bit broken. Bathrooms were in dire need of renovation. Showers have to be left on for 10mins before any warm water came out, what a waste! Toilet cubicles were dark and dingy, overall lighting in the bathroom was poor. Breakfast is basic at best. I would have given this place 1 star but the tv room is good and staff were helpful. Look elsewhere.

Initially I approached the hostel to see if I could transfer the deposit I paid at another location which I was unable to fulfill. Although the deposit was not refundable or transferable (as expected) a discount was kindly offered. The private room rate is reasonable, had an excellent private bathroom and good shower. However it did smell very strong of paint when first opened - maybe just lack of airing as it seemed to go away. The bed was very squeaky! The entire hostel is painted white but shows the dirt and really needs a new coat to keep fresh. Breakfast is substandard but I never expect much. The only real let down for me is the lack of help offered when my credit card didn't work in the machine and almost caused me to miss my flight. I believe this to be a obvious case of 'head office bureaucracy' that does not allow flexibly or individualistic assistance. Very good may be a little generous but overall I was happy with my stay.
