Hotel bastante agradável os funcionários estão sempre com um sorriso na cara. O serviço de quartos tem algumas falhas - não tem toalhas de rosto, móveis de gavetas e papel higiénico.

Das pessoas mais simpáticas que conheci. Vão tentar ajudar em tudo. O hotel era bom e muito limpo. O pequeno almoço não será aquele a que está habituado na Europa mas tem um pouco de tudo e de todo o mundo. Recomendo 100%

Boas infraestruturas, staff muito simpático e prestável. Pequeno almoçocontinental e asiático, mas tinha mais variedade asiática! Piscina e bar abertos atétarde. Disponibiliza transporte gratuito para praia do hotel. Contudo a praia estava um pouco poluída, talvez por ser épocabaixa e as maréstenham trazido algum lixo... sópor isso nãorecebeu as 5 estrelas.

For quite an expensive price, this hotel has been terrible in many different aspects. First of all, the room was tiny with such a small bathroom I was touching the walls every second of my shower. Then the keys were also not working, we had to try multiple times to get it to work, it seems like the doors were running out of battery. The tissue paper holder in the bathroom also fell multiple times. And the bed was dirty, filled with bed bugs, giving us itchy red skin on the next day. The pool was the only thing okay, it was quite large though some tiles on the pools were coming off of the floor. The elevator was not working most of the times, took the receptionist a minute to fix the buttons. Hotel looks old and rundown, not enough light. Second of all, breakfast was horrible. It was dirty and tasted unpleasant. People were taking food using their hands and most of the food was tasteless. For a room with a king size bed, they also only gave one people free breakfast. The next one would need to pay 125k, which is way too overpriced for such a low choice of food. Last but not least, service (especially housekeeping) was super slow. I asked for towels and it took them more than 30 minutes to deliver. They cleaned the room but didn’t change the old towels, instead hang them on the chairs. The towels also smelled really disgusting.

The worst hotel decision I have made. Facilities poorly maintained. Slow checkin. Loud music playing at event by the pool. So loud i can’t hear the TV in my room. Fridge in the room is not a fridge and keeps nothing cold at all… for the amount this hotel is charging management should be embarrassed.

Este foi o pior hotel da minha vida. Ao escolher um hotel, fui guiado pela classificação do hotel e pelos comentários sobre ele, e é muito estranho para mim, como esse hotel pode obter essa classificação? Desde o momento do check-in até o check-out, o hotel não se sentiu bem cuidado e acolhido, e mesmo assim morei nele por nove noites. O hotel é terrivelmente velho e descuidado, o território é pequeno, o SPA não funciona, há sujeira, mofo, formigas no quarto. A mobília está literalmente caindo aos pedaços, a roupa de cama e as toalhas são velhas, lavadas e não foram trocadas nem uma vez durante as 9 noites da minha estadia. A audibilidade é bastante assustadora: na sala através da parede todas as manhãs às 6:00 o despertador de alguém me acordou, e ao longo do corredor, a partir da madrugada, os faxineiros dos quartos começam a roncar com seus carrinhos e interferir no descanse com conversas altas. Para não ser infundado, estou anexando uma foto do hotel, que afirma ser 4 estrelas. Este hotel é adequado apenas para pessoas muito despretensiosas que precisam de uma estadia de uma noite. O hotel precisa urgentemente de reforma ou fechamento.

Este fue el peor hotel de mi vida. Al elegir un hotel, me guié por la calificación del hotel y las reseñas sobre él, y es muy extraño para mí, ¿cómo podría este hotel obtener tal calificación? Desde el momento del check-in hasta el check-out, el hotel no se sintió atendido ni recibido cálidamente, y sin embargo, viví en él durante nueve noches. El hotel es terriblemente viejo y descuidado, el territorio es pequeño, el SPA no funciona, hay suciedad, moho, hormigas en la habitación. Los muebles literalmente se caen a pedazos, la ropa de cama y las toallas están viejas, lavadas y no se han cambiado ni una sola vez durante las 9 noches de mi estadía. La audibilidad es bastante espeluznante: en la habitación a través de la pared todas las mañanas a las 6:00 me despertó el despertador de alguien, y a lo largo del pasillo, desde temprano en la mañana, los limpiadores de las habitaciones comienzan a retumbar con sus carritos e interfieren con el descansar con conversaciones en voz alta. Para no ser infundado, adjunto una foto del hotel, que dice ser de 4 estrellas. Este hotel es adecuado solo para personas sin pretensiones que necesitan una estadía de una noche. El hotel necesita urgentemente una renovación o cierre.

First, the hotel missed arranging my pre-booked airport pickup despite my follow-ups. Second, I didn’t expect to have roommates: cockroach and mosquitoes. Third, the pillows were smelly. Fourth, the entire place looks rundown. Several light fixtures in public areas are broken but are not being replaced. Yes the place is photogenic, but needs a lot of touch ups in real life. I didn’t complain all these during my stay because hotel staff members seemed new and overwhelmed by the deluge of guests during lebaran. But, needless to say, this is no excuse for the hotel to performant badly.

Price wise it was good, location was good, but TV and phone in my room is not working, but they fix it right away, dirty mirror dirty balcony, the toilet did not have any separator so it get really wet, already put a sign not to clean the room but still they cleaned it, they cleaned it but did not gave us new towels and floor mat (they took our used towels), beds in pool area was not in great condition, again at that price it was a good hotel to stay at Nusa Dua, plus services was great!

Stayed at Mercure Nusa Dua during Nyepi and I like it, room was okay, a bit old, not to big but nice, amenities was free but it would be on request so you have to call operators if you need it. The Pool was fantastic, i love the experience swim in the upper pool under the rain upon Nyepi Day ❤ i like the garden and greeneries around the Hotel, the way from the gate untill the lobby also very nice with the dancer statues. Food was good, their potatoes menus during breakfast and lunch was very delicious, but i dont really like the coffee during breakfast, other than that everything was fine for me. Staff was Friendly and helpfull especially Soka restaurant staff, thank you so much for your great service 😊😊😊

A localização é bastante estratégica, próximo ao complexo hoteleiro de luxo em Nusa Dua, de manhã você pode caminhar até a área da praia que fica a menos de 1 quilômetro. A limpeza dos quartos é bastante mantida, embora algumas partes do mobiliário pareçam desgastadas. Infelizmente, muitos azulejos da piscina já se soltaram, partes afiadas podem ferir quem nada, precisa ser reparada imediatamente.

La ubicación es bastante estratégica, cerca del complejo hotelero de lujo en Nusa Dua, por la mañana puedes caminar hasta la zona de la playa que está a menos de 1 kilómetro. La limpieza de las habitaciones está bastante cuidada a pesar de que algunas partes del mobiliario parecen desgastadas. Desafortunadamente, muchas baldosas de piscinas se han desprendido, las partes afiladas pueden lesionar a quienes nadan y deben repararse de inmediato.

It's said 4 star hotel, but the service, cleaness and food far from the standard of 4 star hotel. I got quite dirty floor and mat. The annoying part is the key of my room isn't working well. I have to try almost 5 - 10 times to open my room. B'fast is also so so. Hope the management can improve it. Thanks

Quite wide place and has many facilities like gym, swimming pools, garden, spa, etc. Swimming polls are separated betweek the kids pool and adult pool. It really recommends that you choose room with pool view since you will get balcony facing the pool if you are really that love to swim.
