olá: em junho reservamos um quarto no grande hotel 5 estrelas em cannes por teltar-travel france Quando chegamos, sem reservas. um banheiro sujo para nós em vez de um quarto com vista para o parque. Tínhamos vista para os bares que faziam barulho até as 4 da manhã, impossível dormir. os clientes residências ou agências verdes sim usa o mesmo não de hotel grande ... sem avisá-los?

We had a wonderful time here.All of the Staff was warm and very friendly.Attendant made a wonderful bed and included a stuffie for my son.Thank you! Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso aqui. Toda a equipe foi calorosa e muito amigável. Atendente fez uma cama maravilhosa e incluiu um bicho de pelúcia para meu filho. Obrigada!

I have no idea how or by who it is considered 5 stars hotel..!Its a trap.! Worse service EVER1- rooms are renovated (very good) but not clean enough. 2- lobby is disappointing and reception staff is Very rude. 3- only one elevator 4- beach is NOT included you have to pay and the beach management is unprofessional (ill talk about it next. 5- i stayed two nights (three days) and the espresso in the room wasn’t refilled and the cups wasn’t replaced. 6- the service is horrible in that hotel starting from luggage collection to pickup and all in between. The only good thing is the room designs. 7- if you have high expectations.. its not the place you want to be in. Não faço ideia de como ou por quem é considerado hotel 5 estrelas..! É uma armadilha.! Pior atendimento SEMPRE1- os quartos são reformados (muito bons), mas não limpos o suficiente. 2- lobby é decepcionante e a equipe da recepção é muito rude. 3- apenas um elevador 4- a praia NÃO está incluída, você tem que pagar e a gestão da praia não é profissional (falarei sobre isso a seguir. 5- fiquei duas noites (três dias) e o café expresso no quarto não foi reabastecido e as xícaras não foram substituídas. 6- o serviço é horrível naquele hotel, desde a coleta de bagagem até a coleta e tudo mais. A única coisa boa é o design dos quartos. 7- se você tem grandes expectativas.. não é o lugar que você quer estar.

Es una trampa.! El peor servicio NUNCA1- las habitaciones están renovadas (muy bien) pero no lo suficientemente limpias. 2- el vestíbulo es decepcionante y el personal de recepción es muy grosero. 3- solo un ascensor 4- La playa NO está incluida, tiene que pagar y la administración de la playa no es profesional (hablaré de eso a continuación). 5- Me quedé dos noches (tres días) y no se rellenó el espresso de la habitación ni se repusieron las tazas. 6- el servicio es horrible en ese hotel, desde la recogida del equipaje hasta la recogida y todo lo demás. Lo único bueno son los diseños de las habitaciones. 7- si tienes altas expectativas... no es el lugar en el que quieres estar.

Nice location in the heart of la croisette, but still the rooms are not really new and not very well maintained, the restaurant downstairs in good but have a look on the price before [if you are a regular tourist]

Would like to say a big thank you to Amalia, she is super adorable and her assistance was above our expectation. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The only unhappy situation during our stay was the lack of gym but Amalia told me they have it in the project for next years so I would be happy to be back if this gym will happened. They can improve the breakfast area too but I am sure they have a project on that too.If you go to this hotel I really hope you will be lucky to have Amalia on desk!Have a beautiful stay stranger ! As a regular client to the terrace at the bar and restaurant, I can say that the atmosphere, drinks, food are good. Few of the staff members are some time not in the mood to work (not often though)

For the money you pay at this hotel that has no pool, no private beach you can get 2 rooms if you are a family of 4 or bigger in a hotel next door to it with a gorgeous roof top pooling

Servicio nefasto sobretodo en el servicio de desayuno ya que no hemos encontrado platos para el servicio durante ninguno de los 4 días, no reponían la comida y exceptuando el jardín, instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Las habitaciones están viejas, suciasy en muy malas condiciones destacando la bañera que no coge el agua y el wc sucio y roto. Para el precio (+2000€/4dias) una auténtica vejación. A destacar tenemos solamente su ubicación.

Creo que el mejor hotel de Cannes. Lo mejor, la suite de la última planta. Está genial poder desayunar con las gaviotas paseando por la cornisa.
