A great apartment hotel in the free tram zone. Was about a 5 min walk to the events centre. Handy for restaurants and sightseeing. Really clean rooms. Pool was a bit dated but pleasant for a quick dip. Would stay here again. We had an issue with our shower that was dealt with promptly and without fuss.

Room had a mouldy smell to it, dining table was unusable because of an imbalance that couldn’t be fixed because the base is concrete. Didn’t get an in room menu or do not disturb sign and there was hair and a charger left from the previous occupant/s. Very surprised as other reviews look very positive. Pool and spa were nice but not clean and had small tiles falling off all over the floor.

I recently stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 6 nights. The communication before check in was fantastic and we were warmly greeted when we checked in. I found the spot really convenient with a tram stop outside and 5 min walk to the train. We would come back ..the rooms were clean. Safe and comfortable. The reception staff all professional and willing to help.

Great location - within walking reach of the free tram zone stations and metros at Southern Cross Station. Southbank is also just a short walk across the river. The apartment was also beautifully furnished and were very clean with regular housekeeping and great facilities that work - fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Staff at check-in were also friendly and great. Was so pleased with the place that I ended up extending my stay for an additional night. Read some comments about noise from the trains nearby, but honestly, I barely heard them as I had my windows (which were quite thick) shut.

Came here for a anniversary trip and they have been nothing but lovely ! Started with my first phone call with them, to being able to check-in and the wine they had left for us as a little gift. The room was clean and had everything we needed including a very nice view. The dishwasher wasn't working but for a 3 day stay not important. I guess it might be worth checking if you plan to cook a lot etc. The pool and sauna facility is simple and might need some renovation/upgrade but again, we didn't plan to stay at the hotel all day, so we didn't mind :) We were able to store our luggage after check-out till we had to leave for the airport at no extra charge. We would definitely come back here again. Thank you for our stay :)
