“The hotel and room were super clean and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful.Water pressure for the shower is really low and temperature fluctuates but that's the only con.”

“1/19/22 update. Management made an effort to reach out to me personally to address my concerns. We discussed the issues and I was accommodated. I cannot tell on this trip if there will be any improvement as promised, so I will give the hotel another chance to see if any changes are effectively implemented. As a result of the effort it took to reach me personally, I will change my prior one star review to three stars and look forward to seeing if that can go up on a future visit.
1/17/22 update. Talk about a bad check-in process. Apparently requests on reservations are meaningless since they are ignored. Requested a feather free room. Was told the request was not looked at and "we don't do feather free". Good thing there are other hotel options for my next visit to the area.
Previous review: Breakfast was very inconsistent and the servers were not particularly friendly or efficient. Other than that, the people were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained.”
