“El hotel tiene que elegir a su personal de mejor manera y no tener personas tan mal educadas y groseras ....lo digo por la empleada EMYLI.. que no tiene ni idea de como tratar al cliente, maltrato a mi familia... es inaceptable tener a personas de tan bajo nivel de educación y menos para tratar al público.... ojalá y tomen en consideración su despido y recomendarle un curso intensivo de atención al cliente ... ES MUY MALA IMAGEN PARA EL HOTEL.”
