Positives: The actual pool was nice and appreciated the smart features in room such as being able to cast/stream to TV and extra touches like Nespresso machine. One receptionist Sonia was lovely and very helpful!Negatives: English: For €300 a night even for a 4 star hotel didn't live up to the cost. The decor was bare and very plastic.. like a budget hotel. The panoramic bar they advertise wasn't ever open. The ground floor bar staff just didn't give the level of service that is expected of the level or hotel or price. Just felt we were inconveniencing them every time we ordered.. no smiles and sarcastic responses. A smile to greet would be the first thing to greet us with. Other things like when I called reception for a bottle opener, they told me to go to the bar to get it.. then hung up on me! If I'm paying €300 a night I expect a higher level of service but maybe that's the level they expect? Different standards I guess. We have stayed in a LOT of hotels around the world and I appreciate Marseille may be pricey but then match that with service. We were also on our honeymoon having just got married a week before and no one made us feel special about that. As for the room, there were vomit stains on the carpet and black dirt on the yellow sofa. The balcony looked like something out of a prison and the whole room just didn't have a relaxed feel.. was sooo bare it felt clinical... Like we were in a hospital. Who designed it?? I understand there is a style but surely in a hotel there has to be an element of generic comfort. The sheets were cheap too... And felt like they had been washed 1000 times. Finally, which I know wasn't their fault, there was the most awful smell by the pool due to the building construction site next door (that was a great view lol). But there was no mention or apology for that. Even a complimentary drink to apologise for it or perhaps an hour in the spa would have made up for it but just nothing. No idea of exceptional hospitality. Looks like it's run by a bunch of kids who can't be bothered.

Nice small private beach but smell strange and we saw some drainage coming out right there. Nearby there is massive construction going on for the Olympics 2024. The lady that greet the guests at the breakfast bar/restaurant is cold and uninterested. Some waiting stuff are kind and sweet.

We had a 5 night stay at this hotel and it wasn't all the best. I will start with the positive. The view of the hotel is great, they have a sky bar with amazing views on the sea, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay. The staff is also very helpful, especially the ones at the bar and restaurant. They were very quick even though there were a lot of guest. The hotel was also recently renovated, the rooms are clean and modern looking. They are not the biggest but they are very functional. Now let's get to what was not so great. We got unlucky with the timing of our booking. The hotel was packed and there was a large group of guest that was very loud, especially at the pool area. The thing that irritated me the most, is that this group of guest was doing dr**s around the pool and nobody seemed to say anything. There were a lot of kids at the pool. This shouldn't happen in this environment. Our other negative experience was in regard to housekeeping. On one of the days they took the special bar soap my girlfriend uses, she has sensitive skin. They also took the remaining of half a bottle of wine that I left on the desk. We even took the time to make a pile of everything that was needed to be thrown away. The wine bottle was nowhere near the pile and the soap was in the shower. The location of the hotel is great for the view, but it is a bit far from the action of the city. It has more a resort vibe to it.

Reservamos fin de semana para celebrar San Valentín, recibimiento genial, pedí como extra algunos detalles en la habitación para sorprender a mi pareja y quedamos encantados. Celebración diferente y con vistas al mar espectaculares. Restaurante muy bueno. Volveremos!!

Extremely happy with this last minute booking. Great and extremely helpful voiturier/ conciergeat the entrence. Friendly staff in general. The rooms are clean, big and spacious with a comfy bed. Fish dinner in the Nhow resturant was delicious, I had squid with chickpeas, my partner had tuna both dishes were yummy. On site there is a bar with excellent views of the sea stay for the sunset. There's an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, plus jacuzzi, steam room. Etc. Great hotel. Great for staycation. Wheelchair friendly. I will definitely return.

I stayed at the hotel Nhow during our holidays last September, and we have really enjoyed our stay. I have spent an afternoon at the hotel’s spa and had a (1 hour) massage by Chloé. It was most relaxing, she is so caring and kind, and has golden hands. I truly recommend!

Brilliant design, privileged location, helpful staff. Loved especially the food and the looooong refreshing pool located hard on the edge of the Mediterranean. Wish we could have stayed longer!

El recibimiento al hotel top! El spa , os masajes , súper bien! El serbio del bar en la piscina 1000 puntos . Pero desgraciadamente el servicio en el restaurante malísimo, personal incompetente , cero carisma , no saben explicarte bien la carta , hubo otra camera e que vino para explicarnos del vino y nos vendió un vino diciendo que era un vino Bio y natural , que en la etiqueta no decía que era Bio y tenía sulfato, además de eso hablan mal al cliente , y en vez de pasar un buen momento, te lo hacen todo a la inversa . Fuimos a cenar al restaurante por nuestro aniversario de matrimonio y solo sentimos que nos apuraban para tomar la comanda ,venían a cada momento para servirnos el vino y acabar la botella rapido , aun no habíamos comido el plato principal, y nos preguntaban si hibamos a pedir el postre ??? Que pena que en vez de disfrutar la cena y el ambiente , te obligan a comer y pedir rápido . Quita el valor a la buena comida del chef .

Nice and very stylish/modern hotel, sea view and great room service. Restaurant was surprisingly good, highly recommend. At the same time you should be aware that the hotel itself is located far from city center and there is not much to do nearby (except maybe walking on a Prada beach). Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you, will come back for the sea view again!

Destaca la ubicación y las vistas desde la piscina. La decoración es moderna y sus instalaciones bastante nuevas. La habitación es amplia, el baño es amplio ybien equipado. La cama es muy cómoda y grande. El servicio de limpieza es poco profesional ya que, bajo mi experiencia, no se realizaba correctamente y el cambio de toallas no se hacía cada día. La piscina es grande, de agua salada y con servicio de bar (el precio de la Coca-Cola, por ejemplo, son 6€).
