“Check-in at this hotel was one of the best experiences we've ever had. I wish I could remember her name (Simpa?!) She was such a good energy and the perfect introduction to the hotel. Excellent front desk. Location is great, rooms were clean and spacious. The only bad experience I had was when I called back 1 hour after checking out to get the young lady name at Front Desk so I can continue to write this review I was treated with discourteous and no attempt to help. Doesn't make sense because I stated I'm currently writing the review to rave about a current employee. Also the room is too nice for the ceiling to be peeling 😔”

“We booked a room for a wedding block for three nights. Because of the fact that the room block was only for two we had to have two separate room reservations. It was originally booked under my name but we called to have the name switched under my husbands since he was a Marriott rewards member. When we checked in to the hotel they told us we had two reservations, one under each of our names and once we explained our conversation with whomever booked our rooms, they told us they would cancel the other reservation. We then were charged for two reservations. When we called to have the charge removed they declined saying both reservations were still active. We were never given a key to a second room, the room under the second reservation, as we were told at check in it was canceled. When we spoke with them after the fact they said they would check to see if the room key was ever used and get back to us which it never was as we were never even given that key. We were told we would still not receive a refund. We cant get through to anyone who can actually help and are still out hundreds of dollars. This is easily the worst customer service we have ever experienced and we will no longer stay at any Marriott hotels.
In addition to this the walls were paper thin and we heard people the entire night until 3am.”
