“Equipe EXCELENTE !!! muito educado e atencioso. Sempre sorrindo ... gerente superior do resort e assistentes ali mesmo várias vezes nas linhas de frente ajudando a equipe. Eu vi vários membros da equipe que pareciam ter trabalhado em turnos duplos e voltaram no dia seguinte .. Eu pessoalmente senti que eles podem ter tido falta de pessoal da maneira que vi os mesmos trabalhadores trabalhando tanto .. mas você nunca viu o serviço cair ... Espero que as sandálias realmente cuidem bem deles.”

“Hermosa propiedad y gente. Excelente equipo directivo. El servicio fue excelente la mayoría del tiempo pero muy pobre en varias ocasiones. La playa está por debajo del promedio del Caribe. Es extremadamente difícil conseguir sillas de playa incluso a las 7:30 a.m. Los mayordomos reservan la mayoría de las sillas para sus invitados, que a menudo no se presentan en la playa hasta las 11:00, si es que se presentan. El servicio de mayordomo es un desvío importante. No estaba disponible cuando hicimos la reserva. Aquellos que tienen servicio de mayordomo son tratados como reyes. A los que no se les trata como si no importaran. Si eres una persona de la playa, debes ir a la gerencia y quejarte para conseguir sillas. Mi recomendación sería investigar otras propiedades en busca de mejores playas y asegurarse de que haya sillas adecuadas para todos los huéspedes, no solo para los mayordomos.”
