Serviços de qualidade. Pequeno almoço excelente. a arquitetura com problemas de ruido e estética por se tratar de um edifício adaptado a hotel. Qualidade preço razoável.

They never care of the customer. I dialed to room service to ask food and drink, woman in line told me we can serve in restarurant. So why you invested money for hotel? 0 service; 0 room quality… you are coming to hotel and see nothing, where is the customer service? Menuda decepción Hotel NH. Descontento con las habitaciones, servicio y el trato. Después de reservar dos habitaciones dobles para 1 persona cada una, con una cama doble tal y como se especificaba en la web, y recibir el correo de confirmación con la foto de la habitación, llegamos al hotel y después de unos minutos, el Empleado de recepción nos asigna dos habitaciones totalmente distintas una de la otra, una doble y otra individual, una interior con vistas a una pared y la otra a un patio interior, Perdona, no hemos pagado lo mismo por las dos. Después de comentar nuestro descontento nos dicen que lo único que nos puede ofrecer son dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales. Resumen buscaron las habs que les quedaban y nos asignaron las que no tienen salida. Poco tacto y menos empatía. Para la próxima vez que vengamos con la empresa, este no será el hotel elegido.

Tras una noche en este hotel mi puntuación es de 2/5 por el hecho de que me costó mucho coger el sueño debido a que los comprensores de los aires acondicionados de otros huéspedes hacían mucho ruido. Por el resto la experiencia fue bastante buena, habitación con todo lo que se puede echar en falta, personal agradable y el restaurante Grean Tea muy bueno también.

El hotel está al lado del British Council y me alojé allí para ir a un examen a la mañana siguiente, pero no pude dormir.Suelo dormir en cualquier lado, pero el ruido del ascensor me mantuvo despierta toda la noche. Además, también había una luz en el techo apuntando al plano de evacuación sobre la puerta, pero al ser la habitación muy pequeña y estar cama estaba colocada junto a la puerta, la luz te está apuntando a la cara mientras intentas dormir.No me esperaba esto de un hotel de más de 100€ la noche. Ahora me pregunto qué nota habría sacado si hubiese dormido.

Lo mejor, la amabilidad del personal (en particular, nos atendió Mayte), la localización, la limpieza, la comodidad de la cama, y los detalles para con los asistentes al evento deportivo del fin de semana, no estando en la lista de hoteles oficiales. Por indicar algo a mejorar, añadiría al desayuno una opción "express" a medio camino en cantidad y precio entre la tostada y el buffet completo, incluyendo lo básico para los deportistas que acudan a disputar la competición (fruta, cereales, café o té). El buffet es estupendo con muchas opciones de comer sano, pero puede ser excesivo para antes de hacer ejercicio y algo gravoso

Ubicación maravillosa, habitacioness cómodas aunque algo justas. Servicio amable y profesional. En la reserva que hice a través de logitravel ponía que el aparcamiento estaba incluído y así lo indiqué y me dijeron que era un error y me cobraron 24 euros por día.

Cuando me muera,espero y deseo que el cielo sea como este hotel.Las habitaciones están muy bién diseñadas,no les falta nada,el personal es muy amable,el desayuno en el hotel es muy completo y por la noche no se oye ni un alma.Lo recomiendo para ir a pasar unos días a Madrid.

Actually it is a truly 5 star rating worth Hotel compare to the Accor Hotels. Everything in the room, nice and polite staff BUT the big minus was the non avail Air con in each room. I mean for me 30 degree is Hot summer while in Spain it called winter 😃 So I had bad nights as I couldnt sleep due to it was simply tooo hot in the room.

Great hotel in centre-north Madrid. Tidy, spacious rooms, helpful and professional staff. Onsite parking. Not cheap but good value. Would definitely stay again.

We were robbed in the hotel's restaurant during the breakfast. Someone stole our backpack. Hotel is probably saving on staff so there is no proper control who can enter their property. The hotel has a very poor management since nobody offer us at least bottle of wine (which can be bought for 2 euros in the store) to apologize for this incident. Definitely we wont go there again.

Fantástico! Fuí con mi marido y mi hija pequeña, la habitación muy amplia, la cama grade y la cuna muy cómoda. En el baño había dispensador de bolsas higiénicas, muy útiles para meter los pañales sucios. La habitación limpia y con una temperatura muy agradable. El buffet del desayuno muy bueno y con varias opciones de comida saludable. Si el hotel me ha parecido de 10, el personal es de 11, todos muy amables, sobre todo uno de ellos, el fallo fué no preguntarle personalmente por su nombre, a mi salida del hotel ya no estaba y tuvimos que preguntar en recepción, nos dijeron que se llamaba Juan, una persona encantadora, totalmente empática y atenta que nos hizo sentir como en casa, siempre tenía algún detalle o palabra agradable con mi hija. En mi opinión, si vais a pasar unos días a Madrid, por la excelente ubicación, comododad de las habitaciones y simpatía del personal, el Hotel Zurbano es una excelente opción a tener en cuenta, nosotros por lo menos seguro que repetiremos. It was good because staff is very polite, and rooms are clean and confortable. Shower is very good, indeed. The Hotel is situated in a good, safe and lively neighbor. Felt a little tricked with the room view (to an interior) - since I wasn't really able to choose my room while online booking via NH website - and, once there, had a hard time finding strong internet connection, even when I tried to get paid 'premium wi-fi', while being helped by staff members, wich didn't really happened for some unkown reason...Overall goodish experience, but I feel it could have been even better.

I really liked these rooms (small is the only way in Europe), they were modern, nicely decorated and their staff is well above standards in the US.They're breakfast buffett was 5-stars and the employees really treat you like roalty.The area around is ok, you can find a few things to do, places to eat and even a small museum I wish I could post a picture of.There are other hotels of the same chain right next door so I steeped out to the neighboring hotel for a drink, :)
