“Excellent location, modern hotel within short walking distance of some of the main central areas of Vitoria. Modern reception, very comfortable rooms and bed. Air conditioning was not working in my room but i found the windows could be opened widely so I had to leave the window open wide during the night. The bar is a clinical brightly lit area between reception and the restaurant, not at all appealing. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Very friendly and professional staff. I would stay here again.”
