“Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre a nossa experiência aqui. Em primeiro lugar, o ponto de preço para localização e comodidades foi incrível. O check-in digital no dia anterior facilitou a chegada com todas as nossas malas. Eles foram tão complacentes e até mesmo nos deixou um pequeno presente de boas-vindas para o nosso aniversário no quarto que foi completamente inesperado. O quarto era muito limpo, a vista era ótima, e Molly e Ben foram incrivelmente atenciosos e se certificaram de que tudo estava perfeito. E então, no dia seguinte, devido à disponibilidade, pudemos fazer um check-out tardio a um preço tão bom e com base no tempo extra que queríamos sair! Eu nunca tinha ouvido falar disso antes! “Very expensive for a hotel that has old raggedy bed linens and it looks nothing like the photos. The photos make the rooms and amenities look so nice and vibrant. My room was dank and everything was old. Carpet was wrinkled and smelled moldy. The pool area looks amazing in the photos but in person it's pretty lackluster. I should have stayed at Holiday Inn Express. At least they have coffee in your room and free breakfast. The breakfast at the Kimpton was about the same quality as HIE and relatively overpriced, even accounting for the inflated room price. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying 300 bucks a night for a room but I get better rooms at 300 in a lot of other cities. I book IHG Hotels almost exclusively so I'm not knocking their brand. Just this particular hotel.”
