“The beach was lovely, beautiful views. The room was spacious with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. The pool was inviting, large and with different levels amongst other spectacular views. The problem...the rooms were especially dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The bed sheets had the previous persons hair on the bed, the TV didn't work, the safe didn't work, the phone worked at times but no one ever answered the phone at the front desk or housekeeping. Housekeeping was told the day we checked in that our room was on the check out schedule. My daughter went back to our room to find housekeeping going through our things because they thought they were left behind. ( A whole room full of things left behind...) The staff complained, the wait for simple things like water, bread with butter at dinner, silverware was unbelievable. Our group watched others served right away who came in after us and yet we still waited for service. The food is the same everyday except Tuesday and all of the lunch options were greasy and unhealthy. The chicken was too spicy for the kids to eat and they lived off fries. The bar tender at the pool made terrible drinks. When you asked for one drink and got a different drink she said that they were all the same anyway. Should we visit this island again...we will find a place on the French side where the people were so kind, warm, inviting, accommodating and the food was so good. I am disappointed in this resort. Even the activity agency on the beach, the people were rude. I have not experienced such resort mistreatment.”

“The resort itself was very beautiful and clean! This is certainly the place to go if you enjoy spending money, obviously. The staff, as pleasant as they are, not very attentive. I had several room issues including checking into a room that was already occupied, being locked out of my room several times due to faulty keys, and since housekeeping did not come through on its own I decided to call - they still never came. But it certainly is wonderful waking up to chickens and lizards outside your stone balcony each morning!”
