I am so happy with my stay at Andaz. I wish I grabbed their name, the but front desk was so kind and helpful. Our room had a tub/shower with a see-through glass wall into the living space, amazing!! Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

We felt the king size bed was smaller and pillow were slightly uncomfortable for us. Location was great and whatever service was available was good. Just that they took way too long to get us checked in. I did mention we would arrive a little early from 4 pm check in but were given room much after 4 pm check in time.

Fare mark for this hotel. We were walk-in. 5 star hotel. Check in lasted almost 30 min. Indifferent personal. No vanity kit at the room. Thanks at least for the towels. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 Nice location

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in San Diego. Our king suite was beautiful and spotless, beds and pillows and towels so comfortable, and every interaction with team members was so personal, helpful and easy! I went to a conference at the Marriott while my partner worked remote in the room…no complaints about the reliable WiFi. Rooftop pool was exceptional. Cold brew on tap in the lobby sang like a sirens song to us everyday and was so appreciated! Thank you for the wonderful stay and work break in a big city from Alaska! Keep it up!

Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Prime location to all the shops and restaurants in the Gaslamp. As we checked in we were greeted with a fresh cold beer or glass of wine! The staff especially one of the managers Michael Cochran was so friendly and made you feel so welcome and were extremely accommodating. The rooms were very elegant and super clean! I would recommend this place to everyone 5 Stars all the way such a gorgeous property!

Very nice. Feels comfortable and welcoming. The service is excellent. I love their larger bottles of soap, even with the thought that others used it before too. However the bath tubs are a little too high, so be careful when going in and out.

Decent concept but poorly executed when it comes to your rooftop restaurant. It seems like a second thought or one more way to make an extra buck in these last days of the pandemic. Work on it and maybe I'll give you 5 stars. In the meantime think about getting more organized and provide better service. The make bartender there is exceptional. He was friendly, kind and accommodating. My boys loved the experience for it being a first meal on a rooftop

How weird is it for a hotel to not offer pads or tampons? The workers when asked could only give a stone walled “No” when asked if their roof top restrooms offered these items. It’s a basic necessity. Their pool party event itself was fun. Get there early if you want a seat. The drinks at the bar were not super strong so stick to canned drinks or beer if you’re looking for something more.
