“The hotel is expensive for what they offered. There was only 1 elevator working, imaging we went for Xmas eve and stayed for 5 days. The hotel Was full and was only 1 elevator working, several minutes to go to our room. The rooms are old and needs to be updated, the coffee machine is located in the bathroom which is very disgusting.There is no room service available and the hotel food is bad. They charge 38 dollar extra fees daily plus Parking. The extra $38 dollars I don’t understand the reason for because they don’t even do room service or clean the room and there’s no activities at the pool for the kids. They have a calendar which stated every day activities, but those never happened. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Some staff are rude as well and seems very unhappy.”
