“Best hotel experience ever. The service is just wonderful, thanks to all the staff (from the bar to the reception to the So Club, all perfect). Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Really perfect center city hotel.”

“What happened to your rooftop bar? Sorry, we loved your hotel actually. But this "improvement" completely screwed our experience, very very much. The rooftop bar was a reason to return to this hotel. Now it's a reason to not come back again. 2 years ago it was a very chilling place with own DJ, cool music, amazing place. Now it's disaster.
The music doesn't have to be super-cool, it just needs to be chilling, not disturbing. Now there is extremely disturbing, loud live music EVERY DAY. I guess it's a way how to attract new customers during Covid. I understand your intention, but sorry we really don't like it and it's a reason why we won't come back.”
