Eu precisava de um berço porque viajei com uma criança pequena. Eles tinham um disponível para a minha família. O café da manhã foi ótimo. A Internet era rápida, os quartos eram limpos. O processo de check-in e check-out foi muito fácil e tranquilo. No geral, a equipe foi super amigável.

Excelente equipe! A piscina estava fechada e as luzes dos quartos em alguns dos quartos e banheiros em que minha família se hospedava foram apagadas e nunca foram substituídas. Bom para o preço.

Eu achei as pessoas ótimas !! O pessoal da recepção (Robert, DJ, Stairsen e Myreon) está lá para servir. Sylvia trabalhou duro para manter o café da manhã. Eles entendem. Eles são seus para cuidar de seus clientes.A instalação precisa de algum trabalho antes que eu possa dar a este lugar um 5. A propriedade do hotel precisa investir em uma reforma para atualizar e reparar o hotel.Apesar das necessidades de renovação, achei um grande valor para a minha estadia.

I found the people to be great!! Front desk people (Robert , DJ, Stairsen and Myreon) are there to serve. Sylvia worked hard to keep breakfast coming. They get it. They are their to take care of their customers.The facility needs some work before I can give this place a 5. Hotel ownership needs to invest in a renovation to update and repair the hotel.In spite of the renovation needs, I found it a great value for my stay.

I needed a baby crib because I traveled with a toddler. They had one available for my family. The breakfast was great. Internet was fast, the rooms were clean. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and smooth. Overall, the staff was super friendly.

Great staff! The pool was closed and the lights in the rooms in a few of the rooms and bathrooms my family stayed in were out and never replaced. Good for the price.

Stairesand was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely stay again, just off her customer service alone. But our room was nice and clean and great overall experience!!

As instalações foram atualizadas, mas há lugares que mostram que estão envelhecendo (algum papel de parede borbulhando da parede, lascas de tinta, etc) e alguns dos móveis são muito baratos.No entanto, o pessoal é excelente (o motivo para as três estrelas em vez de duas) - muito gentil, acolhedor, profissional.O café da manhã gratuito é bom, com muitas opções de proteínas, cereais e itens de confeitaria.A academia é decente - duas esteiras, uma máquina elíptica e um rack de pesos (embora não haja pesos de 20 lb ou 15 lb, portanto, opções limitadas para muitos).Conta com piscina, lavanderia e sala de eventos.

The facility has been updated, but there are places where it shows it's age (some wallpaper bubbling away from the wall, chips in the paint, etc) and some of the furnishing is very cheap.However, the staff is excellent (the reason for the three stars instead of two) - very kind, welcoming, professional.The free breakfast is good with lots of protein options and cereal and pastries.The gym is decent - two treadmills, an elliptical machine and a rack of weights (although there are no 20 lb or 15 lb weights, so limited options for many).There is a pool, a laundry room and an event room.

5 estrelas para uma equipe exemplar! Meu marido e eu ficamos em centenas de hotéis da família Marriott. Somos membros Platinum Elite. Muitos dos hotéis em que nos hospedamos são da categoria 7. Dito isso, o atendimento que recebemos aqui foi de primeira qualidade. Não me lembro de uma equipe mais simpática e acolhedora. Até mesmo os funcionários que encontramos entrando no trabalho e a interação limitada com a arrumação eram sorridentes, calorosos, acolhedores e a maioria perguntou como estava indo a nossa estadia e se precisávamos de alguma coisa. Nós ficamos 9/30 / 21-10 / 2/21 - Qualquer um trabalhando nessas datas merece elogios e um aumento.

5 stars for exemplary staff! My husband and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in the Marriott family. We are Platinum Elite Members. Many of the hotels in which we have stayed are category 7. That being said, the service we received here was top notch. I can’t remember a friendlier and welcoming staff. Even the staff we encountered walking into work and the limited interaction with housekeeping were smiling, warm, welcoming and most asked how our stay was going and if we needed anything. We stayed 9/30/21-10/2/21 - Anyone working those dates deserves kudos and a raise.

Por un problema en el sistema de reservaciones, no existía nuestra reservación cuando llegamos al hotel. El recepcionista solo nos dijo de llamar al call center y atendió a alguien más. En un hotel que pertenece a una cadena tan conocida, yo hubiera esperado que nos diera opciones para no tener que recorrer la ciudad en busca de un lugar para pasar la noche.
