We had to wait forever while all 3 staff helped check in a huge family.. we had to leave and try later.. same thing as we tried to check out.. they didn’t ask if everything was ok .. I would have told them that the room was super hot and the toilet never worked.. the lady at the desk was nice and everything else was fine and good location..

Overall the hotel has a location that is much better than others in the area. The staff is accomodating and most ensure your stay is enjoyable. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet but when you reserve your room and you pick this option. If you're here for a couple days, it's great. Anytime longer then the breakfast gets old. I've been here almost two weeks. It gets old. The hotel offers a fitness center that is one of the best I've seen at a hotel. But, the hotel allows personal trainers to bring clients or the trainers will use the center without clients. They usually use multiple machines and weiths, leave their personal belongings wherever they like. So, if you get a chance to use it without the trainers there, it is great.

The service was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and adequate. My 4-rating is based on the fact that in comparisson to other international hotels, I would have expected more from a four star hotel in terms of the buffet breakfast.

The room allocated (201) although clean, was very depressing with no natural daylight. Couldn't spend anytime in it other than for sleeping. The bar didn't open until after 6pm and last orders was10.30pm? No dining facilities other than breakfast (room service may have been available but the room allocated wouldn't warranted me to have eaten in it). When the bar closed at 10 45pm the lights were also switched off in the foyer therefore knowhere to spend time other than in the depressing room. Three members of staff were particularly good at their jobs, Alfonso Receptionist, the young lady who looked after the bar and the older gentleman who checked me out. The safe didn't work in the room initially but this was quickly rectified by the on site maintenance man. The body wash dispenser was empty and had to request for it to be filled at reception. However, I do think these facilities shoukd be checked before guests are allocated rooms. The reception manager (woman) is not a very friendly person. All in all I wouldn't recommend this hotel and it certainly isn't 4☆☆☆☆. I chose it because I was receiving treatment in the hospital nearby and thankfully this finished sooner than expected and I was able to leave the hotel early. I recommend management update the facilities available on their website as most are non existent, for example, afternoon tea, bar opening hours etc.

We had a good stay in the hotel (double room with view). Good price/quality ratio in this month of August. Very good welcome by the receptionist speaking French much better than me Spanish. A little disappointed by the breakfast buffet and the size of the bathroom (cramped access to the bath). Perhaps because of the high outside temperatures, the air conditioning was working but, to my taste, was not very effective.

Una estancia perfecta, desayuno buffet muy variado y de gran calidad, medidas covid, limpieza en las habitaciones, personal muy amable, parking al lado del hotel. Muy bien ubicado cerca del centro de Madrid, la próxima vez que volvamos repetiremos.

Uma estadia perfeita, um buffet de pequeno-almoço muito variado e de elevada qualidade, medidas cautelosas, limpeza dos quartos, pessoal muito simpático, estacionamento junto ao hotel. Muito bem localizado perto do centro de Madrid, na próxima vez que voltarmos vamos repetir.

Hotel muy avejentado. Con unos precios muy elevados para sus instalaciones. Las habitaciones transportan a los años ‘70 y la decoración en general es de la misma época.Los servicios son escasos ya que apenas tienen clientes. Por lo menos la llave es de tarjeta. Como concesión a la modernidad las habitaciones cuentan con dos cargadores USB.Pero no he visto ningún cargador de USB-C. Y ahora los móviles llevan este tipo de conexión de carga rápida. La verdad es que estoy muy desilusionado.Sin haberme alojado nunca lo tenía como un hotel de prestigio y acorde a mis expectativas.Ahora que si estoy alojado y para varios días me siento muy defraudado. La habitación que me han dado. Es con mucho la peor en la que he estado en un hotel de 4 *.Y me faltan muchos de dedos de las manos y los pies para poder rememorar el número de hoteles de esta categoría que he recorrido.Con muchos años y una vida muy viajera porculpa del trabajo. A mi todos los días me quitan la calefacción. ¡Alucino! Con los fríos que hace.

Hotel muy acogedor quizás necesita un poco de reforma en los colchones. Trato muy correcto de los.empleados.buffet desayuno adecuado y suficiente.Lo cojo de referencia para mis viajes a Madrid

La estancia en el hotel fue muy satisfactoria. La habitación es amplia, las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy atento. Todo está limpio y el hotel está en una zona tranquila pero céntrica. Sí les sugeriría que, cuando sea posible, sustituyan las bañeras por duchas.

Increíble......sin tónicas, sin Fanta, si copas de vino ..... tremendo para ser un hotel de la categoría que era. Llevo muchos años viniendo y creo que algo falla porque no es normal la falta de producto en la cafetería y además de que mejor que no haya gente porque el personal no da a basto cuando se llena, una persona sola para todo y sin medios, eso sí siempre tienen una sonrisa para los clientes e intentan apaciguar como pueden. El problema no es de ellos si no de la gestión que hay. Espero que el gerente o quien sea se tome la molestia de revisar y poner medios. Gracias .

Everything was perfect, staff at the reception are very helpful, room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was just perfect and hope to go back again in the near future.

Great hotel, most of the staff was friendly especially Javier, he was fun to talk to and really helpful. The location was good so does breakfast, we enjoyed our stay except the AC was pretty slow, need to install better AC especially in summer when there is 105F temp outside or have some standing Fan available for guests.

The hotel is just steps from the metro station.The facilities were clean and the personnel were responsive, friendly, and professional.A couple of issues were brought to the attention of the front desk supervisor, Laura, and she handled the matter in an efficient, friendly, and effectively.She showed excellent management skills.

Dear Sirs, The common areas are very pleasant, our room good (311), our son's room (310) very tiny, the bathrooms deserve a refresh and especially showers to current standards. The breakfast is really average with products which are not of high quality. The service is professional but quite cold, except the man in charge of the bar / cafeteria on Saturday evening, adorable and helpful, despite the fact that he was all alone to manage the kitchen, the bar and the room. Inconceivable... In short, the hotel is more in our opinion a 3 star.
