“I came to Rome with my boyfriend for 5 nights and stayed at this hotel. I booked this hotel with Thomson. There is NO breakfast on the balcony. We only ate breakfast once as it wasn't at all edible. The rooms are VERY BASIC. Our room on the second floor was mostly damaged. We requested a new room/fixes to be made and we had a very rude response and no change made. It is extremely outdated. It was an ideal location. They held our luggage and had 24/h reception. I would recommend going to Rome, but not staying at this hotel.”
