“Our family was so pleased with the quality of service at the hotel that a 5* review would not be enough. The front desk host Leo went out of his way to make our visit to Amsterdam remarkable. All of the suggestions from the private boat canal cruise to walking routes and dinner reservations where absolutely perfection. We will definitely come to this hotel in the future and enjoy the hospitality.”

“Never go here ! They just scammed me for almost 1000 EUR. They refused to cancel and we agreed to move the booking. Not they refuse to do it and worse : the manager Kyra us lying, telling I needed to answer her. When I prove her by screenshots that « no » , she just tell « I can’t do anything »
So never go to this hotel, it’s not a 5 star hotel but a one day scam !”
