“Terrible experience, as soon as we got in the door they tried to tell us that they had maintenance issues and no water in the whole building because of building works next door and they would need to transfer us to another hotel. There were clearly people coming up and down the elevator who were staying in the hotel. We asked to speak to a manager but none was available. We refused to stay there as it was our last night in Buenos Aires and we went to stay in another hotel that we had stayed in before.”

“· The location is good if you want to be in The city centre - but lots of homeless people squat around the enterance etc. I would recommend staying in Palermo or San Telmo personally. · The staff were so rude! The 2 guys that sit behind reception most days were just useless and were not approachable. They told us to call 0 for any problems, buy everytime we called they would answer and then hang up so we would have to go down. They didnt give us any info about the location or whats around - no map. We asked for them to call us a taxi to the Bus terminal for 545pm, when we were ready to go the night receptionist had to call and book because it hadnt been done. It was clean but there was a dead fly with blood on the bathroom door when we got there - pretty gross. I think they are having a shortage of toilet paper because they would barely give us 1 a day.”
