“Shame and slam this people! I have booked 12hrs in advance and they confirmed. I have called as well amd all good. At midnight at their reception they have returned is from the reception stating its our fault that they "forgot" to mention the fact that we need Covid test, with 2 children to sleep in the car! They want our money but not our presence! Not being able to go theough bookings per day and having just 1 person in charge for all the hotel!”

“We booked this hotel, but when we got there they said they were closed and we were transfered to a different hotel, on booking.com we saw bad reviews and did not want to go there but we had to. If they are closed they should not be on booking.com right now.”
