“Upon arriving, I had an unfortunate experience with an employee. With that said, the staff took care of the issue swiftly and appropriately. I commend the general manager, Leonard, for his quick follow-up with a personal call to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, as there are undoubtedly hundreds or thousands of employees working at Orlando Universal Resorts, there is destined to be a bad apple from time to time. I was thoroughly impressed with the management team from the top down. The hotel is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, a Starbucks, a bar, and a cafeteria. We rarely left the hotel to eat as the food was delicious. The pool is huge, and the poolside bar is top-notch. We will definitely be back!”
