Ameeeee este hotel! La ubicación es fantástica! Súper cerca a serrano y a las tiendas y además caminando como 15 min a chueca y la gran vía! Las camas están increíbles súper cómodas, un black out perfecto para hacer una siesta en medio día y el personal súper amables. Mi habitación tenía balcón con vista muy hermosos!y Volvería de todas maneras

Hotel con buena situación en Madrid. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el baño especialmente antiguo (no le vendría mal una renovación). Al irnos a dormir tuvimos que desconectar el minibar ya que hacia tanto ruido que nos impedía conciliar el sueño. En el check out se me pasó el pago por duplicado. Es algo que entiendo que puede pasar y no me generó ningún inconveniente, pero acordé con el empleado de recepción que se me confirmaría por correo electrónico una vez la devolución fuese hecha. No recibí ninguna confirmación y tuve que tomar la iniciativa de contactar con el hotel para confirmar que se había realizado

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. Starting with strong sides: - very good location, very close to the metro station - friendly stuff - good breakfast Weak sides: - the hotel is quite old and you can see this in the rooms, especially bathroom should be refreshed (see pictures) - rooms (at least half of them) have windows only to the backyard, and you can feel as claustrophobic... - it is very loud, neither walls nor doors are soundproof so you can hear any single voice (including phone ringing from the other room), when someone is going through corridor you can hear it well - this is especially annoying when you try to sleep, the bed is next to the corridor wall and doors (see the pictures) - there is construction done next.to the hotel, with heavy noise, so there is no possibility to take a nap during the day TL;DR Good location, nice breakfasts, old rooms, lot of noises

Solo hay 2 tipos de habitaciones: 1) pequeñas o 2) ruidosas. Imposible acertar. Estándares muy muy por debajo de cualquier NH. Le salva que es barato.

The main issue is that the building is old and not sound proofed. The first night we got room 312, which was close to construction work that started at 7:00 AM and made it impossible to talk, let alone sleep. It is a huge red flag if you give rooms to your clients where you cannot sleep. We changed the room to 301, which was near another construction site on the main street. This was a bit better, but still couldn't sleep later than 8 - 8:30AM because of corridor noise. There were other smaller issues like poor wifi, bad room service (not replenishing cutlery / paper cups), and not very welcoming reception staff. A shame, because other NH hotels where we've stayed (Gran Hotel Zaragoza, Gaddi Firenze) provided a perfect experience overall. I guess if you're on a business trip or like to wake up at 8:00 AM this is a good choice, but for holidays it's quite bad.

Bad room, little, with one window just to a wall of other buildings. Air conditioner have a not nice smell, I suppose to have contracted a orofaringite infection in this room, I am not sure about the condition of the filters of the Air-conditioned. For me was well located but it is not good enough for the price and poor quality and conditions. The level equivalent could be a Pension 3 star

La localización es inmejorable y las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. Rosa, de la cafetería y Paz, que hacía que nuestra habitación estuviera perfecta todos los días hacen que la estancia sea el doble de agradable. Volveremos seguro!

Una vergüenza lo que me hicieron los de reserved y recepción; Hago una reserva para un regalo, y me piden autorización de la targeta que se les mando y luego cuando llega la persona le cobran... haciendo me quedar fatal ya que era un regalo Un vergüenza que un hotel así no tengo un protocolo de reservas serio y en orden.... pagos un 30% reservado directo con el hotel que con booking t luego le hacen esto marranada

La estancia perfecta en Madrid, el personal es muy eficiente y amable, la habitacion en la esquina muy espaciosa y limpia, baño amplio muy ventilado, con ducha y bidet. Y muy tranquilo para dormir bien. Con ganas de volver!!

La habitación que hemos reservado es maravillosa, la cama es comoda y el baño es muy grande (la ducha es preciosa). La habitación es bonita y la limpieza de esa es más que suficiente!

Great location. The rooms are well equipped and cleaning staff does a great job. It's a modernized old building so the elevator is quite small but clean and feels like new. Wifi is not great, but works. Note that some rooms might not get much sunlight as the window opens facing a wall.

We where coming from a long flight and the receptionist was kind enough to let us occupy the room early in the morning. However, our stay was supposed to be four nights now, and 6 more later in the month. We have stayed at different NH hotels in Spain. Never, ever, we have seen so much decay, dirt, discomfort as with this hotel. We pay for the one night and rushed out in less than 30 minutes. You do not deserve the one star. Beds are horrible.

Increíble el buen trato del personal. Muy limpio y en precios, accesible para estar tan cerca de museos y tiendas. Yo visité caminando el museo del Romanticismo y el de Sorolla. Además, caminé hasta el km 0 (El centro de Madrid). Excelente ubicación.

Estuvo genial. Las habitaciones son amplias y acogedoras. El desayuno consistía en un bufet asistido que la verdad es que estaba muy bueno. En general, muy recomendable para cualquiera que quiera ir de visita a la ciudad, pero sobre todo para el que necesite ir por motivos de trabajo (o de oposición, como fue mi caso), dado que está en pleno centro de Madrid.

If at the reception was just Belén and Rafael the service would be 5 Starts.If you will stay at this hotel be lucky to have Belén or Rafael at the reception. They are amazing and they will treat you special. We stayed 9 nights and when we had to ask things they were always happy to help...The breakfast was good and the people at the breakfast are always kind and friendly.

Stayed at the hotel when there was no buffet due to corona, very understandable but this was a bit underwhelming at first. If I didn’t ask i would have gotten the 3 pastries + yoghurt and OJ only. They took good care of hygiene which was much appreciated but the beds were a bit hard.

Very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was ok. The rooms are neat, clean. Despite being in the central part the district isn't noisy at all. The hotel is near the 10th metro line's stop, which is very convenient, such districts as La Latina are just several stops away (you can even walk for like half an hour).

Small room but great rate for the location. Friendly staff. And that breakfast is best around for hotel breakfast. Absolutely amazing. The way the lights are in the rooms are a little odd. Their toiletries that they supply are plentiful and even had a shoe horn which was a nice touch after forgetting mine. Great place to stay
