“My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon night in November 2021. Staff was very helpful and friendly but our stay was less than perfect. When we arrived there were very noisy neighbors next to us so we were moved to a different (smaller) room. A staff member cane to helo us move but I was still in my wedding dress and kept tripping up/down stairs with way too much stuff to carry. Should’ve asked for another person to help. The AC did not work the entire time we were there - we asked for someone to take a look the next day and it was never fixed. At 9am the next morning we woke up to someone jack hammering the sidewalk right outside our window. Called the front desk and they got them to stop but still not what you want to wake up to your honeymoon morning. They waived the $35/day fee as compensation. The jacuzzi was in bad repair. Requested washcloths multiple times and never got what we requested. Very disappointed overall. The grill was amazing, great food and service. Cannot recommend for a honeymoon, especially at $350+ a night.”
