“Outstanding stay. All of the staff is exceptional! The bellmen, Roy and Carlos noticed a low tire on my rental car. After checking with me, they contacted the rental car company and arranged for a replacement car. All with no effort or inconvenience on my part. Everyone else was courteous and welcoming at all times. Good Job! Thanks!”

“I really liked the hotel. I was a little disappointed because I asked for a quiet room on a high floor, months in of my stay, and instead of giving me a quiet room they placed me on the ground floor between the lobby and the bar. It was not really very quiet. I don't know why they chose to do that, it could have been because I was spending points instead of paying cash. But, what's the point of having a point system if you penalize people who use them. As I said the view is amazing. The hotel is right by the airport, so getting to the airport was super easy. They had a free shuttle. And the room itself was beautiful and comfortable. In any case, everything about my experience, except for the noise, was pretty good. I really like the views. I really like the structure of the hotel. It was so pretty there. The people were pretty nice too. If they're giving me a quiet room, it would have been a five out of five. All of that said, I would stay there again, if I were heading to Costa Rica. I would just be very very clear about my expectations before I arrive at the hotel. Take a look at the photos, you'll see what I mean about the beauty of the hotel.”
