“Very satisfied and happy with this hotel stay. The hotel shuttle was absolutely fantastic and so thankful for its existence. The front desk staff was patient and friendly. I had the opportunity to observe them for several hours as I enjoyed many cups of coffee in the front lobby. There was around the clock hot tea and coffee station near the elevators. This was a welcomed amenity by those in my group. The hotel also offered a computer. The room was fresh and clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Hotel area is very convenient. We were able to stroll to Giadornos for fresh hot Chicago Deep Dish. If I ever get delayed by Southwest Airlines again and must leave the airport because they cancelled the flight even tho they said it would take off in 30 minutes, I WILL STAY AT THIS HAMPTON INN.”

“I stayed 6 nights and they charged me $50 per night for incidental/security deposit and said I would be refunded up on checkout. Most hotels charge you $50/100 for incidental deposits regardless of you length of stay, not for each individual night.
I'm in Chicago where it's 50 degrees and upon entering my room. I turned the heat on and it didn't work. They finally fixed it after 3rd complaint and 4 days later.
Microwave worked but didn't spend, so food didn't cook evenly.
Refuse room 200 at this hotel as it's by the stair way where if the door is opened it slams shut. Waking you all hours of the night or disturbing your moving or phone conversation.”
