“Uma coisa que fiquei MUITO DECEPCIONADA é que perdi coisas no resort que não foram localizadas. Comuniquei todas as pessoas que eu vi na frente. Ninguém fez menção de nada. Inclusive, após a saída, mandei email dizendo que se fossem localizadas, estaria em outro resort, iria buscar. NADA. Achei falta de respeito não mandaram email dizendo que não acharam ( já que evidentemente não iam procurar ), porque ignorar é muita falta de respeito. O Just Kidding que é o lugar para as crianças brincarem, só falam espanhol e inglês e os pais tem horários determinados que podem ficar lá dentro ( hora do almoço ). Se não, as crianças devem ficar sozinhas. Imagine meu filho menino de 8 anos sendo orientado EM INGLÊSa fazer um bracelete de miçanga da Dora Aventureira. Durou 2 minutos e quis sair e nunca mais voltar. Dou toda razão. Tenho que deixar um registro especial para o time do parque aquático Maria, Ysabel e Miguel os mais mega simpáticos do mundo ! Adoramos passar nossas férias com eles. Muito animados e interagiram bastante conosco. Em resumo, sugiro que você vá a este resort apenas se você tiver filhos e se estes forem menores de 6 anos e, ainda, se você não se importar de pagar bem caro. Se qualquer destes itens não existir, irá se arrepender.”

“The resort was clean but very very boring!! I expected more excitement and activities for the kids. I am accustomed to resorts with hype teams, shows several times a day, music by the pool sights and sounds etc. The resort essentially offered nothing in terms of activities. Shame on you Nickelodeon for the price you charge you really NEED to beef up the excitement at your resort. ON a better note I can not complain about the food or the upkeep of the resort.”
