“I booked a room with this Hilton and was looking forward to the stay. As a diamond and long-time Hilton member, I have never stayed at a hotel with such poor customer service. Staff were not welcoming and did not explain any benefits of the stay at all. A 19% tax was added out of nowhere, even though it is in contrast with the country law. I asked for a copy of the law, and even in the law, it says tourists are exempt. The explanation was that we did not book breakfast with it, so we are not exempt. We receive free breakfast as diamond members, and none of this was explained prior to booking. This is the only hotel in our week stay charging such a tax. No apology was offered, and this overall practice was extremely predatory toward customers. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.”

“Excellent accomodations in a very safe location for foreigners. The entire staff was extremely helpful, accommodating and tremendously polite in a genuine manner. There is a supermarket 50ft from the entrance for necessities as well, which I was very happy to find, there is no sundries shop in the hotel, which really made me feel very comfortable Additionally, the hotel has 24/7 security in addition to their front desk/guest service staff. I don't know if I can leave a more objective review. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful, 7 day stay. I could not have been happier with my stay”
