“Booked a king room with 2 double beds, non-smoking. When I got to the room, discovered 1 bed. That doesn't work for my group, so I spent the night on the floor. Hotel said Priceline overbooked, didn't seem concerned, and I was still able to click "book now" on the room I needed, but immediately after, all rooms showed "sold out". My name isn't even on the guest menu in the room. Not sure whose room I got, but that was a lot of money spent to sleep on the floor. Not happy at all. They never brought me the extra pillows they said were coming and the TV never worked for more than 5 minutes at a time, but since they never came back up with pillows, I didn't expect any help or concern for that, either. I have video proof of the poor television, photo proof of the stranger's name on the screen, and a screenshot of the room I was supposed to get that I took while in the hotel lobby.”

“Hotel staff were rude and seemed annoyed anytime we talked to them. Housekeeping entered our room TWICE to try and clean it before we had even checked out. The reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the bed and pillows were pretty good.”
