“We stayed at this hotel for 3nights, and it was an overall wonderful experience. Oscar at their Hacienda Restaurant and Alexander, the Bellman were superb in their customer service. The hotel is well located near Dollar Rental where we rented our car from, and only about half hour to the airport. Very relaxing ambience with great restaurant options. We tried all the restaurants and the food was just delicious from the presentation to the natural ingredients and yummy taste! I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to all of our family and friends. Pura Vida!”

“I really liked the hotel. I was a little disappointed because I asked for a quiet room on a high floor, months in of my stay, and instead of giving me a quiet room they placed me on the ground floor between the lobby and the bar. It was not really very quiet. I don't know why they chose to do that, it could have been because I was spending points instead of paying cash. But, what's the point of having a point system if you penalize people who use them. As I said the view is amazing. The hotel is right by the airport, so getting to the airport was super easy. They had a free shuttle. And the room itself was beautiful and comfortable. In any case, everything about my experience, except for the noise, was pretty good. I really like the views. I really like the structure of the hotel. It was so pretty there. The people were pretty nice too. If they're giving me a quiet room, it would have been a five out of five. All of that said, I would stay there again, if I were heading to Costa Rica. I would just be very very clear about my expectations before I arrive at the hotel. Take a look at the photos, you'll see what I mean about the beauty of the hotel.”
