“I have never cried, so much in my entire life. I noticed some of my personal items, became missing. To make matters worst Cockroaches came out of the bathroom drain and kitchen sink. The hotel did a awesome job responding to have someone out to spray. But! it got worst, In time.No one cared to help me replace my missing items or help me spray my personal item to stop the spread of bugs. The front desk staff is amazing and always willing to help you. Eu nunca chorei, tanto em toda a minha vida. Notei que alguns dos meus itens pessoais desapareceram. Para piorar as coisas, baratas saíram do ralo do banheiro e da pia da cozinha. O hotel fez um trabalho incrível respondendo a alguém para pulverizar. Mas! ficou pior, com o tempo.Ninguém se importou em me ajudar a substituir meus itens perdidos ou me ajudar a pulverizar meu item pessoal para impedir a propagação de insetos. A equipe da recepção é incrível e sempre disposta a ajudá-lo.”

“I stayed for two weeks during training for work. The desk staff was helpful and courteous, very respectful and friendly. The shuttle was on time and the driver was welcoming. My room was clean, even the towels smelled nice. The waffles at breakfast were amazing! I highly recommend this location and I would stay here again.”
