“Prima locatie, naast MECC. Kamers zijn prima. We hadden dit hotel geboekt omdat de bar tot 01.00 uur open zou zijn. Helaas net na 23.00 uur de laatste ronde! Gebrek aan personeel en het personeel dat er was had al 13 uur gewerkt. Hoe erg is dat voor die mensen?? Ook weinig tafels buiten helaas (zie foto). Beetje jammer als het mooi weer is. Prima ontbijt, dat dan weer wel.”

“Os desejos de café da manhã não são realmente levados a sério, quando peço salada e manteiga no pão e pastas. (Tenho sanduíches super pequenos) que nem enche meu molar.Fiz late check out, até as 15:00. 12:00 a faxineira já estava batendo na porta. Que não foi repassado... Isso deveria ser meu problema? Ou há algo de errado com a organização?Enfim, muito infeliz...Sou fã do NH... Já estive em quase todos os hotéis NH na Holanda...Quarto era limpo e moderno. Nada a reclamar. Por isso 2 estrelas..”
