“The staff was super nice! However, the rooms were HOT!!! Apparently, when it’s cold outside the units shut off. You can turn them on but it cuts right off.
Me and my family were sweating and I could barely breath because I felt suffocated.
However, the manager was nice enough to let us switch our rooms top floor, but it was still hot. I could’ve went to a different hotel but it would’ve been too much hassle and we just wanted to enjoy our weekend away from home and celebrate a birthday.
On our last night here my boyfriend couldn’t get any sleep because he was hot we ended up sleeping at the end of the bed closer to the unit and every time it shut off I woke up to turn it back on. He was so aggravated he told me we won’t be staying here anymore.
I’m not sure how they operate their a/c units during the summer but this was not okay.”
