“Can't give a review because haven't stayed yet, but want to make a comment. Firstly, I'm glad to see that the hotel staff is responding to the reviews, both good and not so good. Secondly, I have a question for the staff though. How do you explain the roach infestation comments (I've read more than one.) and horrible smells in the rooms, etc.? I thought your responses, telling them you would rectify the problem was good; but how did your rooms even get to that point? I'm helping my son look for an extended stay and your hotel "was" one that was being considered. I understand that you can't please everyone; but your establishment should never get to the point where even one person would have to comment on the types of issues they have!”
