Uau .. foi a minha primeira vez neste hotel e foi incrível .. o quarto era lindo e super limpo .. todas as coisas eram muito boas e acolhedoras e super prestativas .. o café da manhã é fantástico. Este hotel definitivamente merece mais de 5 estrelas. Na minha próxima visita a Madrid, este é definitivamente o hotel ao qual voltarei.

O pessoal rouba. —- O próprio hotel impressiona pelo seu design e interior. No entanto, existem algumas desvantagens. 1) Pedi frango cozido para uma criança jantar em um restaurante. No entanto, na noite seguinte, eles se recusaram a cozinhar este prato. 2) Tirando o carro que o motorista dirigia, descobriram que faltavam pequenas coisas (cerca de 20 euros) 3) O pessoal limpa os bolsos das coisas deixadas na sala. (Tolamente, eles não colocaram o dinheiro no cofre) Faltam 700 €. A impressão foi que o grupo está dando certo, porque começaram a provar que todos trabalham para eles há 20 anos e ninguém entrou, exceto nós. Um disparate completo. Não há câmeras no chão. 4) Um contingente bastante arrogante na recepção. Muitos sorrisos e declarações impudentes.

Wow..it was my first time in this hotel and it was amazing.. the room was beautiful and super clean.. all the stuff was really nice and welcoming and super helpful.. the breakfast is fantastic. This hotel definitely deserves more than 5 stars. In my next visit to Madrid this is definitely the hotel I'm coming back to.

Very good hotel in the center of Madrid. Excellent service, service staffis supper!. Beautiful and quiet terrace on the roof, with an outdoor pool. Museum on the 1st floor where a unique African culture is presented

The three of us (me, my wife and our little dog) love Hotel Urban! The place has great style from the lobby to the artwork to the rooftop terrace to the rooms. Our room was very spacious and well laid-out, the bathroom was huge and the bed was super comfortable. All the staff were super nice and were patient with my so-so espanol but they all spoke incredible english :) And the location is perfect, in the middle of town so an easy walk to just about anywhere and there are tons of great spots to eat within just a couple cute blocks. We'll definitely come back next year!

The suite is nice and specious. The regular rooms are small and does not fit large luggage. The staff is the highlight of the place they are helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as possible

Excelente hotel no centro de Madrid, conveniente para o Prado e outras atracções. Bom valor para um hotel cinco estrelas quando reservado diretamente, embora o café da manhã pareça caro em comparação e nós simplesmente saímos. A recepção foi amigável e você é recebido com um copo de Cava e há doces para quem gosta de doces. Quarto era confortável e banheiro limpo com boas instalações.

The hotel is very stylish and has a great roof top terrace. However rooms were too hot and AC super loud. The rooms in general were very noisy and there were some constructions going on. Staff was friendly but overwhelmed and room service was always late. Despite the great location & nice rooftop I wouldn’t go back as I expect a bit more of a 5star superior Hotel..

Excellent hotel in the centre of Madrid, convenient for the Prado and other sights. Good value for a five star hotel when booked direct, although the breakfast seemed expensive in comparison and we simply went out. Reception were friendly and you are greeted with a glass of Cava and there are sweets for those with a sweet tooth. Room was comfortable and the bathroom clean with good facilities.

I would not stay here again.We booked the sister hotel but ended up here, because it was closed, which was supposed to be an upgrade. Room1 The first night the AC did not work so around 5am I had to open the window in order to get some cool air. Of course my girlfriend was up all night waking me from the heat of the room. The next morning we talked with the manager and were toldthe AC would be we fixed. Later that night we came back from exploring and the AC was still not working. It obviously needed to be recharged. The new manager on duty came up personally andhe was very helpful he gave us another room. This was around 9pm.Room 1 The drain stopper in the tub/shower did not work so I tried to fix that. I left it on the side of the tub so the maid would see it. It was put back broken. My girlfriend wanted to take a cold bath so I had to jury it to work. I then used the tub myself and laying there I noticed all the grunge that was on the tile around the tub that had not been cleaned in quite a while. I was disgusted so I got out.The sink would not drain so I tried to fix that also. This too had grunge in it around the corners. Something a brush certainly could take care of.The 2nd room we were put in with the working AC was more upscale and the showers and sinks were cleaned with more effort.I was left wondering if they did not bother much with the guests in the cheaper five star rooms? The workers were all nice,the doorman was exceptional.Unfortunately I can not say this about the room we were in.

The Urban Hotel In Madrid is by far one of the "Coolest Hotel" I have ever had the opportunity to experience. This Hotel defines the words, Five Star Luxury. which includes Dinning and hanging out with the rich and famous while enjoying award winning cuisine. The Location is superb which is one Block from the Four Seasons hotel and across the street from the Spanish Parliament. Because of location near the Parliament, the Security at this hotel is at the highest level of quality. If you are looking for a safe and luxurious experience in Madrid you should put the Urban Hotel at the top of your bucket list.
