“This review is a bit late - we stayed in Feb. Our stay was fantastic in every way! Thank you St. Regis team for making it special. The breakfasts are a buffet (covid safe) as well as custom order, so we started off each day well fed. Our room overlooked the Arno River and we enjoyed time each morning and evening sitting with coffee taking in the view. Additionally, the staff was so helpful in assisting us navigating inside/outside seating at local restaurants, as we were wanting be away from crowds as much as possible.”

“I was wowed when I was escorted and shown to my room. Expect an elevated experience; absolutely jaw dropping elegance, like Michelangelo designed this hotel himself.
Unfortunately, we had to deduct a star as the air conditioner never seemed to work properly (despite asking) and as such, trying to sleep in the evenings in a warm room was less than desirable.”
