“Very hit or miss on front desk service. I come to stay here atleast once a month. This time around, had a front desk staff go out of his way to accomadate me with late check out and he made it seem like it was no big deal. He even gave me the best room for status. Last time, I was met by a staff who literally acted like I was invisible while waiting for her to look up from computer to check me in. When asked if I wanted late check out, I said yes and she immediately went “not possible”?!?. I expect more consistency from the Ritz”

“Muito imprevisível no serviço de recepção. Venho ficar aqui pelo menos uma vez por mês. Desta vez, uma equipe da recepção fez o possível para me acomodar com check-out tardio e ele fez parecer que não era grande coisa. Ele até me deu o melhor espaço para status.
