Hotel no coração de NY. Fica a 20 minutos da Times Square. Fiquei hospedado nele e fiz tudo a pé. Recomendo para qualquer um. 👏🏽👏🏽

Boa localização. Fica no meio de manhattan. Atendimento rápido e eficaz. Pessoal simpático. O quarto não é muito grande mas é suficiente.

as other reviews state, made a booking and they never told me that hotel was closed. To make matters worse they just tired to take payment from me, even though booking has been “terminated” for two months. Talk about getting the basics wrong

I think this hotel might be a scam. Booked it for an upcoming trip to New York, and my reservation was canceled by the hotel without comment.

Nos han cancelado una reserva que teníamos desde hace 11 meses, 2 semanas antes de ir, nos han dejado totalmente tirados y sin dar ninguna explicación. La reserva estaba hecha atraves de Booking, que tampoco nos ha dado ninguna solución y se ha desentendido totalmente de la situación.

We made a booking in July 2022 fortwo families (9 people) for Christmasto arrive on 23 December for 5 nights.On 25 October I received an unusual message advising that the Hotel was closed.We then contacted the Hotel and spoke to Reservations who assured us that we had 4 rooms booked and confirmed.24 hours later we received notification that our 4 rooms were cancelled.To say we were disappointed is an understatement.We have now had to find other accommodation which is not what we were hoping for our experience in New York for Christmas.It is only today that they have on their website that the hotel is temporarily closed.I would be very careful in booking this hotel. No dia 25 de outubro recebi uma mensagem inusitada avisando que o Hotel estava fechado. Em seguida, entramos em contato com o Hotel e falamos com o Reservations, que nos garantiu que tínhamos 4 quartos reservados e confirmados. 24 horas depois, recebemos a notificação de que nossos 4 quartos foram cancelados. Dizer que ficamos desapontados é um eufemismo. Agora tivemos que encontrar outra acomodação que não é o que esperávamos para nossa experiência em Nova York no Natal. Só hoje é que têm no site que o hotel está temporariamente encerrado. Eu teria muito cuidado ao reservar este hotel.

We had booked 3 rooms months ago for over Christmas for a family holiday. However after reading multiple reviews online about the hotel being closed and receiving no communication from The Redbury, we have had to cancel and book a hotel we know we can rely on - as we have been reading reviews about people having their stay cancelled close to the date. We can't risk this for Christmas. We were really looking forward to staying, however various sources say the hotel is not reopening until 2023, the hotel lists nothing on their website about being closed but has bumped prices up to $4000 per night (not the case when we booked) on their site and are no longer taking bookings on third-party sites. Hopefully communication improves in future. Tínhamos reservado 3 quartos meses atrás para o Natal para férias em família. No entanto, depois de ler vários comentários on-line sobre o hotel estar fechado e não receber nenhuma comunicação do The Redbury, tivemos que cancelar e reservar um hotel em que sabemos que podemos confiar - pois temos lido comentários sobre pessoas que tiveram sua estadia cancelada perto do encontro. Não podemos arriscar isso para o Natal. Estávamos realmente ansiosos para ficar, no entanto, várias fontes dizem que o hotel não reabrirá até 2023, o hotel não lista nada em seu site sobre o fechamento, mas aumentou os preços para US $ 4.000 por noite (não é o caso quando reservamos) em seu site e não aceitam mais reservas em sites de terceiros. Nos han cancelado la reserva a 4 semanas de la maratón de Nueva York. Una vergüenza! Pienso reclamar los 500 euros de más que tengo que pagar ahora por un hotel similar.

I booked this hotel in May'22 for my Year End annual leave but they cancelled my reservation without any notice end of October'22. It's clearly a lack of respect regarding the customers.

We made a reservation last June for upcoming October. We have check to add a room for friend and suddenly the room are 4000$. We made few calls but no answer from the hotel. Finally a agency let us know that the hotel is close!! We paid, never received this information and trying to be refunded and no answer. Completely dishonest. DO NOT BOOK at this HOTEL!

Went here for a private event and it was exquisite. Great food, and the bartender was creating each drink with such care, it was quite the experience. Great atmosphere, very vintage with white marble surfaces and dark cherry paneling, great place for a date

Estaban en reformas y nunca me dijeron o sea que mi reserva se cayo. Me entere cuando llegue ahi. La empleada fue muy amable conmigo.

This is my second time staying. The restaurants are good and service wonderful. My room last time was amazing, although a little loud due to the proximity to the street/bar across the street.This visit I requested a room with a larger desk so I could work. They were accommodating. Sadly the room is very dark, even with all of the lights on. It sounds like there is a Subway train under my bathroom and the floor vibrates! The bed is saggy but not totally uncomfortable. It is a quieter room than last time, but not as comfortable.Overall the location and food are worth the stay, but I will mention these issues and hope they put more light sources in the room and fix the bedding.

Hotel looks so nice in the lobby. But the rooms are no good. Pillows are huge, hurts your neck, the heater is very loud so that your not able to sleep. The shower is nice, looks brand new but the water leaks out like crazy makes a whole pool in the bathroom. Will not be back, waste of money!!

I love the Redbury! It's my company's go to for all our remote staff so we know it well. Clean, nicely decorated - well, a little kitschy but I find it charming..the staff is wonderful and welcoming. You can't beat the location

Great Location, clean, comfy bed, attentive staff and has a nice Italian style restaurant. The room was clean but quite small. No fan in the tiny bathroom (why?). The lounge bar was nice but the bartender did not do a great job at mixing common drinks. Overall recommend.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week in November last year. When we arrived, the heating system in our room was not working and the temperature was freezing. After many attempts to repair the system, they gave us another beautiful and bigger room. The personnel is very kind and it is the best accommodation you can find in the heart of the city! Strategic position to reach the main attractions of New York!

Very happy with my recent stay for 3 nights. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and very clean. Also loved the hotels non tipping policy. Peoples livelihoods shouldn't be dependant on the whims of peoples moods.

El hotel bien, limpio y con espacio, el problema es el servicio. Reservamos la suite para 6 personas a través de Booking, teníamos ciertos privilegios cómo checkin 2h antes y bebida de bienvenida. Cuando llegamos, nuestra habitación estaba ocupada todavía y como estábamos haciendo turismo no íbamos a perder tiempo esperando así que hicimos el check-in de todas maneras y nos guardaron el equipaje. Cuando volvimos por la noche no encontraban nuestro check-in, nos volvieron a pedir tarjeta de crédito y los datos, además no nos trajeron todo el equipaje, después de resolver eso, subimos super tarde a la habitación y solo había cama para 4!!! La solución que nos ofrecieron fue un colchón hinchable porque no tenían más habitaciones disponibles y no nos dejaban reclamar. Fue patético a la 1 de la mañana tener que preparar nosotros mismos las camas sin ninguna compensación. Al día siguiente pudimos hablar con el manager y lo único que nos ofreció fue desayuno gratis pero el bufé terminaba en menos de media hora y no nos daba tiempo. Seguían sin dejarnos reclamar y encima nos echaban en cara que nos estaban haciendo favores y no los aceptabamos. Justo 10 min antes de irnos nos encontramos de casualidad con Víctor, el verdadero manager, sin saber nada preguntó qué tal la estancia, cuando le contamos nos entendió, se disculpó y por fin recibimos compensación económica, al menos no pagamos por un colchón hinchable igual que una cama, sinceramente creo que nuestra suite se la dieron a otro grupo aunque nunca lo quisieran reconocer, fue fallo de ellos y no supieron resolverlo, espero que Víctor sepa aleccionar mejor a los trabajadores sobre el trato con los clientes. Gracias a él pudimos irnos un poco más satisfechos

Muy tranquilo. Es pequeñala habitacióny loúnico es quesólo agua te dan..te cobran todo,el vino o cualquier cosa que consume en tu habitación de lo que ponen..dure dos noche.. Y lo recomiendo por lo céntrico que esta..pero ni café te ponen en la habitación..

Es un hotel muy céntrico con habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas. Desde nuestra ventana se veía el Empire State. La única pega que le pondría es que nuestro baño era muy pequeño: en el lavabo no se podía apoyar ni un cepillo y dos personas a la vez, salvo en la ducha, imposible. Por lo demás, un servicio excelente.
