“Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia, sendo a primeira vez aqui. Temos dois filhos pequenos e foi bom ter áreas para eles correrem livremente. O acesso ao Overhead Walkway para chegar ao centro da cidade fica em frente à entrada principal do hotel. Muito conveniente. Pessoal foi muito útil e paciente. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência. Com as precauções COVID-19 implementadas, foi bom ver o pessoal limpando com muita frequência, nas áreas pesadas usadas e limpando assentos e puxadores. Nossa vista do centro da cidade era agradável e podíamos ver o Roanoke Star também. A caminhada da área de estacionamento sem manobrista não é ruim. Custa $ 11 dólares para estacionamento sem manobrista e $ 17 para manobrista. Você começa a apreciar a vista do hotel enquanto caminha até ele. Nosso quarto tinha um ambiente geral muito confortável, bem decorado e a mobília estava em boas condições. A madeira, cômoda era iluminada por dentro e alta. O banheiro era limpo e agradável e minha parte favorita era que ele tinha um chuveiro quadrado com efeito de chuva. A decoração de Natal é muito bonita, principalmente na Entrada Principal externa. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência sem problemas!”
