“Luxurious details within the lobby for the aesthetic. Staff was very friendly and I was fortunate to book on the weekend that the full staff (bellhops included) were back. The restaurant was cute and the location was a very easy walk to the fountain. Other than that, I was not in the room very much. I had a room on the 22nd floor with a lake view and it was beautiful. The bathroom was very clean but the TV within my mirror did not work as promised. The staff was also courteous enough to deliver a microwave to my room with no hesitation.”

“I had a wonderful stay here in early December 2019! The front desk staff was very helpful with everything we needed from directions to food suggestions. The Doormen were instantly helpful and walking into the lobby is a Gatsby moment. Exceptional workout centers are a rare moment in any of my travels but this one is notable including chilled towels. Who does that?? This team. Enjoy your stay!”
