It was a really good hotel. I love the quality of the dinner, the breakfast was OK, because I'm used to European breakfast. The pool and the beach are amazing, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I will come back soon :)

Nice hotel, but hotel is ageist and assumed wrong things about people. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I would not stay here again for the money I spent. I have been to Tunisia over 25 times and never had this issue before. I will not tip or spend any money in this hotel. We informed agency one English one Tunisian who has been a good friend for nearly 2 years 2 beds in room but had to pay more to get single rooms. Just friends!

Mesmo no inverno o hotel é incrível. Os funcionários são excelentes, super amáveis, super acessíveis e sempre alegres. É um hotel que vale a pena, sem duvida alguma. A todos os aspectos, limpeza, comida, tudo ... A comida é sem duvida óptima! Os espetáculos à noite são incríveis!

I'm currently in the hotel, we are a bit shocked as the reviews I read before booking are misleading in my view. First the hotel is deserted, room cold, air conditioning works only from 6 PM (weird), phone in the room not working so you will need to go down to reception to ask for something, food fairly good, cleanliness good, swimming pool not at the standards, once you out of the swimming pool door its quite cold. Would definitely not recommend it for the price paid. The 5 stars means absolutely nothing, have been ta Marco Polo in the same region and it was far more better than here.

I went for a weekend in this hotel. We had a nice room with a view on the pool and the sea.The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a small problem of air conditioning (the heater ) wasn’t working at the beginning but then they fixed it (it took them some time to respond to our request) . Food is pretty decent I would say , you can find everything practically. The indoor swimming pool is a bit small and was quite cold. This hotel is more for 4-star rather than 5. I recommend it

It is a really pleasure to visit this hotel. Location was good and easy to access. The staff was friendly and the service was good. The only thing wasn’t okay for me is the timing for closing and opening the restaurant especially for Dinner. Overall good place to spend your holiday.

Espaços muito bons, desde as piscinas, zona de convívio e zona do restaurante. A nível de limpeza é bom. O que ficou abaixo das expectativas foi a animação. Recomendo.

Ótimo staff, sempre prestáveis. A equipa de animação foi incansável e os senhores do bar da piscina também. Mário foi o melhor do staff a dinamizar atividades desportivas

Excelente hotel, bom atendimento em todos os serviço,limpeza com nota elevada. Cozinha tunisina com várias opções mediterranicas. Bom staff de animação com nota de destaque para o Max. Segurança apertadíssima e em nenhum momento é sentido receio.

Porque superou as expectativas, as piscinas são excepcionais a água é de 28 graus, a piscina de água salgada com jacuzzi não tem descrição possível, fantástica. A alimentação é muito variada, os quartos grandes e arrumados. O pessoal é super simpático e atencioso.

Adoramos o hotel e recomendamos sem duvida alguma ! Desde o quarto , a comida e os trabalhadores tudo excelente . Para alem da estadia , uma equipa de animacao como nunca vimos , sempre disponiveis com eventos diferentes todos os dias ! Sem duvida que fazem a diferenca no hotel !

Excelentes condições, bom atendimento, boa higiene e tratamento em todas as situações. A cozinha é típica, mas tem um enorme leque de alternativas para quem não se ambientar (os grelhados são ótimos). O átrio do hotel é extremamente bem cuidado, os animadores são muito bons e com a particularidade de serem todos nativos (Mounir é espetacular). Tivemos uma tempestade a meio das férias, mas todo o staff foi muito rápido e eficiente a arranjar alternativas

Myself and my family have just arrived home from a weeks holiday in this hotel. The animation team are especially amazing, they’ve made our holiday, with special thanks to super Mario and Ramsey! All the staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Hemos estado 7 días en este hotel y la verdad que hemos acabado muy contentos. El trato excelente, habitaciones limpias gracias a latifa, muy buena trabajadora, animación buena hacen un gran trabajo. Instalaciones limpias y mxuhs seguridad tanto en el hotel como en la playa. 100%aconsejable La única pega es que no hablan español, el idioma más dominado es el francés

Had an excellent time in this hotel. Being all inclusive is definitely worth it as the hotel has everything. It's a beautiful hotel to stay in and I would recommend it if you're visiting Tunisia. The staff were very friendly and made us laugh, especially the star friends. Every night a different show was put on for the guests, and during the day there were different activities. Overall great hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Realmente el hotel es impresionante y es de lo mejorcito que hay por la zona pero sin duda siendo una cadena española falta alguien que hable español, además de que con el inglés también fue complicado hacernos entender.... Que esto no os eche para atrás, si quieres disfrutar de un hotel espectacular y bien ubicado os lo recomiendo. Si tenéis la oportunidad, coged la excursión al Sahara. Visitas la zona auténtica de Túnez.
