Um hotel bonito e moderno. Uma vez que estávamos no Steigenberger apenas por uma noite, infelizmente não posso dizer nada sobre a área de sauna e café da manhã. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com nosso quarto duplo no quinto andar e com a vista - quarto muito bem equipado com controle de temperatura uniforme no chuveiro. Pessoal muito bom.Definitivamente recomendado para uma viagem à cidade de Munique.

Quarto confortável no último andar com vista para os telhados da cidade e uma vista panorâmica da montanha ao fundo. Pessoal competente e simpático, bem como um menu de pequeno-almoço generoso que não deixa nada a desejar. Excelente.

Realizamos uma conferência de um dia inteiro neste hotel com cerca de 40 participantes, alguns dos quais também incluíram pernoite. Tanto a qualidade do abastecimento (café da manhã, lanches, bebidas) quanto o atendimento personalizado foram impecáveis. Podemos altamente recomendar este local como um hotel de conferências para altas demandas.

Pessoal muito amigável. Útil. O buffet de pequeno-almoço é excelente, tem tudo o que o seu coração deseja. O quarto era grande era limpo todos os dias. A sauna seca e a vapor à noite foram realmente agradáveis e relaxantes. Estarei definitivamente de volta.

I was allocated a big room (for myself) but yet it was cosy.There was a choice of air-con, stand fan or windows (only 2 windows can be opened but not fully). Air-con will be off when the windows are open.The hotel is located in a residential area and hence, it's quiet even with the windows opened. There're 2 other hotels around the same area (I only saw 2 hotels when I arrived from the airport).The WiFi signal strength weak and speed is slow most times. I can't even watch YouTube video clips properly. These problems need to be fixed!

Nice hotel moderno, móveis mínimos no quarto. Os quartos estão na parte leste e oeste do edifício, então o sol vai aquecer os quartos. Os tetos são altos e a ventilação AC é ajustada para baixo, de modo que resfriar o ambiente ao sol é mínimo, mesmo com as cortinas fechadas. Nice friendly staff, bilíngüe e excelente café da manhã.

Nice modern hotel, minimal furniture in the room. Rooms are on the east and west part of the building so the sun will heat up the rooms. Ceilings are high and the AC vent is set lower so cooling the room in the sun is minimal even with the curtains closed. Nice friendly staff, bilingual, and excellent breakfast.

O hotel é bom, tem seu próprio estilo de decoração e é feito com muito bom gosto. No entanto, eu esperava um pouco mais, pois conheço Steigenberger de outra viagem. A área de bem-estar é ótima, a sala de ginástica ok. A peça é normal a boa, mas não muito boa ou excelente, mas ainda há muito em que se destacar. Lugares de estacionamento por 25 € / noite. O bar é muito agradável, também a área externa.

Room is neat and clean. Desk area is a little too dim though. Espresso machine had left over water(half filled) in the water container. The tissue box was not refilled.It's empty. The air condition stopped working for 2 hrs.I called front desk, as my windows were facing direct sunlight.I felt like I was baking.I called the front desk, and the receptionist told me she will send up the housekeeper to help me. I tried resetting the aircon, and it worked. I called the receptionist again to tell her need not trouble the housekeeper. However, no one picked up the phone after 3 calls. About 30 minutes later, someone knocked at my door.When I opened it, there was a standing fan outside my door. No one called me for a follow up. There was no 'Do Not Disturb' sign available in the rooms when my other 10 colleagues checked into the room. 1 of my colleagues had a stranger went into her room.She screamed and the guy said some foreign language and left hastily.She called the front desk.Front desk said he is the Manager of Housekeeping and had made a mistake and apologised. There was no wall latch in the hotel room.Thereafter, whilst checking out, we realised the staff had hung a 'Do Not Disturb' sign outside our door knob, after my colleagues incident. I felt that there should be better customer service and service recovery done. Anyhow, the water pressure in the shower is so low, it seemed to take ages for the soap to rinse off. 3 of my colleagues keys does not work when we reach the room. We had to drag our bags down to the lobby again to have it authenticated. Overall, no thanks.

Located in a quiet shady neighborhood only a short walk from the large park with the English Garden. The room was clean and in good condition and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Nice Hotel, serviço amigável, bom café da manhã, garagem espaçosa, a passagem na barreira é muito estreita se você tiver um carro grande, então pense nos aros :-) Quarto na parte de trás barulhento para o trânsito, então para quem atrapalha fica com a janela fechada e não vai ouvir nada. A higiene poderia ser melhor: o quarto não foi devidamente limpo, 'manchas' sujas no banheiro e na roupa de cama e camadas grossas de poeira acima de sua cabeça na beira da cama e no corredor. Você também deve pedir a si mesmo para vir e limpar ou trocar as toalhas ou a roupa de cama. Toalhas conseguiram. Continua o mesmo após 3 dias. Não é um desastre tão grande para nós, mas posso imaginar que os hóspedes (com alergias) achem isso menos agradável.

Excelente! Quartos agradáveis e espaçosos com todas as comodidades de que precisávamos para uma breve parada com a família. Tinha dois quartos com portas comunicantes. Muito limpo👍 A equipe de check-in não sabia muito sobre recomendações locais, mas o cara do restaurante era excelente em seu trabalho e em nos dar orientação local. A comida era boa. Parque infantil público, eléctricos e supermercado nas proximidades. Nós voltaremos!

Modern hotel, solid breakfast buffet, decent sized room (for European standards). The location is convenient for North Munich - about a 7 minute walk to the subway, easy access to the highway, and close by the Lufthansa airport bus stop.

Excellent! Nice and spacious rooms with all the amenities we needed for a short stop over with the family. Had two rooms with connecting doors. Very clean👍 Check-in staff didn’t know much about local recommendations but the guy at the restaurant was both excellent at his job and at giving us local guidance. Food was good. Public playground, trams and supermarket close by. We will be back!

Super hotel, totalmente aislado del ruido, el desayuno es muy variado y rico, muy moderno y confortable, se descansa muy bien. Cerca del metro a donde se puede tomar el bus de Lufthansa que va directo al aeropuerto y es a buen precio.

La atención del hotel es excepcional, una ubicación bastante buena y sus habitaciones a prueba de ruidos, permiten un descanso óptimo. El gimnasio un poco pequeño.

Fuimos para montar un congreso y la verdad es que nos quedamos más que contentos. El servicio y la atención prestada por parte de las chicas de eventos genial. Las habitaciones un 10 y la cama súper cómoda.
