It was a nice setup for families with an adequate kitchen but it smelled like dog when I came in and there was a dirty towel laying on the bathroom floor. Didn't smell or seemed cleaned

A 1ª vez que ficamos neste motel foi a melhor experiência de três. A 1ª vez que a garota na recepção foi muito acolhedora. Ela fez nossa reserva para minha próxima ida ao hospital. O quarto estava limpo, mas sem lenços de papel, sem gelo e os pratos estavam escondidos na máquina de lavar louça. Ninguém lhe diz onde estão os pratos. Não há instruções que lhe digam o que fazer com a louça suja. Liguei para a recepção perguntando sobre gelo, chá e o que fazer com os pratos e me disseram para colocá-los na máquina de lavar. Eu disse com os pratos limpos e ela respondeu que eu poderia tirar os limpos e colocar os sujos e ir até a recepção para pegar detergente para lava-louças. The 1st time we stayed at this motel was the best experience of three. The 1st time the gal at the front desk was very accommodating. She made our reservation for my next trip to the hospital. The room was clean but no tissues, no ice, and dishes were hidden in the dishwasher. No one tells you where the the dishes are. There is no instructions that tell you what to do with your dirty dishes. I called the front desk inquiring about ice, tea, and what to do with the dishes and was told to put them in the dishwasher. I said with the clean dishes and she replied that I could take the clean ones out and put the dirty ones in and come to the front desk for dishwasher detergent. So we the entire situation would have been better with a little info up front. The staff the 2nd time was not only rude but had given our room away. I tried to show him my reservations and he didn't want to see it. So incredibly rude. I stayed here this time in hopes I would get the opportunity to let them know what a situation they put us in by giving our reservation to someone else. We had to drive hours with no sleep. They do have dog friendly rooms which is nice and another reason I stayed here again, but again the staff was super rude. When I walked in to check in I was told "You're going to have to wait" stood there for 10 minutes while 2 clerks talked. Out of 3 trips. The first was the best. They charge 156.00 a nightbut don't have very good staff or information. 250.00 pet deposit. So you are looking at 400.00 to stay here. You would think they would do everything to keep you coming back. Wish the first manager didn't move to another location.

Have been here almost 7 months now and they're friendly and personable and safe environment for children. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know!

Location is quiet and convenient. Rooms are kept clean and organized. Outside is well kept and safe. As a business traveler, it is a nice break from run of the mill motel stays during the week. Internet is operating at a good speed and a good selection of news and movie channels to relax to.

We recently had to check into the sonesta in chesterfield after having some water damage to our home. The room is fine. Not great, but fine. The issue I have is when we checked in I noticed the smoke alarm in the ceiling is hanging down by their wires about a foot. I went to the front desk and was assured it would be fixed. It’s been 2 days and it hasn’t been fixed after going back to the front desk twice. I hope it works properly. But even if it does it sure is unsightly for how much it costs to stay here. I don’t think Sonesta needs any help from more negative reviews. C’mon Sonesta. Get your act together.

Ótimo para famílias. Limpo e muito bem conservado. 2 banheiros, um no andar de cima, outro no andar de baixo. 3 camas de casal. Teria gostado do sofá para ser um puxão. O estacionamento é um pouco doloroso, tivemos que estacionar no lado oposto do hotel ao nosso quarto, não havia vagas em qualquer lugar perto. E note que se você reservar, alguns dos quartos estão no segundo andar, sem elevador. Mas não deixe que isso o impeça. Solicite um quarto de nível inferior. Definitivamente vale a pena o dinheiro gasto para uma família de 5!

Staff was friendly and efficient.Everything else is bad.Lobby door is locked 24/7, and you have to wait to be buzzed in.Just how bad is the neighborhood that this is necessary?Room may be cleaned, but there were stains on the couch, carpet, and bedding.Coffee pot and grounds are provided in-room, but no cups at all.Not even a plastic cup for water."Breakfast" is a granola bar and a bottle of water. There is no coffee available in the lobby at breakfast or any other time.For 3 nights, there was no parking available near building 3 at all.Had to walk from the reception parking two nights, and the street one night. Many spaces were taken up by box trucks, trucks with trailers, or cars being repaired in the lot for days on end.Despite changes to state and local guidelines, the property still has not opened up the gym or pool.There is no towel service, so be sure you are ok with this before booking.

Great for families. Clean and very well kept. 2 bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs. 3 full size beds. Would have liked the couch to be a pull out. Parking is a bit of a pain, we had to park on the opposite side of the hotel from our room, there were no spaces anywhere near. And note that if you book, some of the rooms are on the second story, no elevator. But don't let that stop you. Ask for a lower level room. Definitely worth the money for a family of 5!

Family of four stayed in a two queen/one king loft.Overall, the space was nice and we didn't hear any noise from the guests around us.The room(s) were clean and the fixtures and furniture were updated.The location is very convenient to the highway and the hotel is tucked back into a business area.There were lots of sidewalks and greenery to enjoy.There were some cons to the stay but overall, the room satisfied our needs and we'd stay again.CONS:No separation of rooms.It's all open so if one person wants to go to bed, everyone has to or the lights or TV will keep the others up.Some doors would be nice for privacy in the hotel room.The little nightlight at the top of the stairs could light the night sky.It's too much.Don't waste your time on breakfast.You might as well pour sugar packets in your mouth.It's a Quaker granola bar and a muffin with a 2-3 year shelf life.Lastly, the grass could have been cleaner.Dogs are allowed but people don't clean up after them.Maybe installing a poop-bag dispenser would help this but someone should be keeping this clean.It would be nice if it was the dog owners.
